The apartment is located right by a bus stop and within walking distance to Tivoli, City Hall Square and Metro. Islands Brygge has lots of life, bathing and coziness in the summer and is a quieter village in the city in the winter. However, the apartment is always quiet. On the lovely Halsnæs close to Lynæs , this unique home is rented out in the middle of a flower garden. It has been newly renovated with respect for the house's 170-year history, with a kitchen and bathroom. The house has its own entrance, terrace, parking space and is secluded from the rest of the property. There are 2 bikes available. The house is not suitable for children under 12 years of age. There is a staircase in the middle of the property where children can be seriously injured if they fall down.
