Up to 4 guests are 22 m ² compact size Two double beds (Japanese size) are provided.It may feel small for four adults. The interior is a small room that imagines an old house with a Japanese-style taste. Only the ground floor part of the 2 story built terrace house is rented.The entrance is shared.(The second floor is not available) For accommodation (private lodging and non-face-to-face check-in), we are required to notify the following customer information by Japanese law in accordance with Japanese law. All ○guest full name ○Current addresses of all guests ○Occupations of all guest occupations ○Scheduled check-in time ○If you don't have a Japanese nationality, a photo of your passport. Please message me the above once the reservation is confirmed. Self check-in is self-check-in. However, as we are required by law to verify your identity at check-in, please take photos and message all guests indoors after check-in. If you wish, we will lend you an A float (* ^ ^ *) This is a completely separate (bathroom, toilet, kitchen, entrance) two-family house type rental, rebuilt in December 2019. 15 minutes by bus from Tokyo Disney Resort. It is also conveniently located for easy access to Tokyo Station and tourist destinations in the city. There is a coin parking lot with a nighttime one-coin option right nearby. There is also a convenience store, a large supermarket, yakiniku, all-you-can-eat shabu-shabu, Saizeriya, and McDonald's within a 5-minute walk. We have also provided new furniture and appliances for the renovation. Small children are welcome. Please relax and enjoy your stay with friends and family. Excellent access to Disney Resort! Park in about 15 minutes by taxi for about 3,000 yen. There is also a bus from in front of the station to Disney Sea. There are many supermarkets, convenience stores, and restaurants nearby, so you can fully enjoy eating and drinking at your destination. It's a cozy space that makes you want to stay as many nights as you want! You can also get to major tourist destinations in the city in about 40 minutes with one transfer.

Yuichiro is extremely helpful and responsive, he offered a video about how to get to the house, believe me, you cannot exaggerate the importance of this clear direction in Tokyo, and he is constantly helpful during my stay. Many thanks to Yuichi, i will recommend this cozy place to friends.

We had a short but great stay the airbnb! They were very responsive to our questions. We couldn’t find the hot water switch and they responded even though it was 11pm. Thenpkace is exactly as the pictures, very clean and feels like home. Everything was perfect. They had instructions for the AC remotes since they were in japanese. We love that they uave the binder ready with everything we need to know around the house. We will definitely book again next year!

A review as a solo female (Asian) American visitor: Toki-san and her family were amazing hosts! Everyone is very kind and wants you to have the best stay possible. I felt incredibly safe throughout the entire duration of my stay. Toki-san provided laundry services and went above and beyond, helping me dry my shoes after they got wet from the rain. She is extremely kind and professional host. This accommodation is a bit far from Tokyo, a total travel of 1-2 hours, but I found the commute to be tolerable if you have the time. Still, the location has its own benefits away from the city with more low key attractions and a very peaceful neighborhood. There are also convenience stores, restaurants, and a supermarket within a 10-15 minute walk radius which I enjoyed stopping by for snacks. Overall, if you’re looking for a unique accomodation away from Tokyo, this is your place to go. Toki-san and her family made a great difference to my trip in the most splendid way. Thank you Toki-san!

Roomy(115㎡) House with Easy Access to Disney Land!

Very close to Disney. Take an Uber for about $10 to save your steps for Disney. It's about 5 minutes away by taxi. Lots of beds. Build for overnight group stays more than longer term family stays. Wish the kitchen had more cooking items like pots and pans. Looks like they are renovating the inside with new wall paper. They were about halfway done when I was there in June 2025. Everyone loved the massage chair. Perfect for after Disney. There are two big rooms down stairs that are not set up for anything as of my stay. It would have been nice to have some couches to relax in instead of just the long dining table. If there was a bike included with the house it would be perfect to get to the grocery store which is a bit of a hike away. 7-11 is pretty close to walk to. Otherwise a very quiet neighborhood. We found a rental bicycle stand next to the house but did not have time to use it. There is also a vending machine on the opposite side of the house if you need drinks.
