Blueberry Hill is a custom-built heated Tiny Home located on 8 acres of private land with easy access on a well-maintained private road just off of Hwy 61 in Hovland, MN. The tiny home has two comfortable sleeping areas both overlooking Lake Superior. The loft has a queen mattress, and the lower area has a 7-foot-long padded bench. All electricity is supplied by solar panels mounted on the roof that keep the lights, and outlets, and mini fridge supplied. The Tiny Home is 8.5' wide and 20' long.

It really warms you up on a chilly day. A great place to stay for a family get-away or a group of friends.

Located in a quiet neighborhood in historic Laurium. This lower level unit is part of a unique old house that use to be a bed and breakfast. Only 25 minutes from Michigan Tech, less then 40 miles to Copper Harbor, and many local beaches. Calumet waterworks, and McLain State park are some of our favorites. 5 mins. from hospital.
