Beachfront holiday rental in Upper Carniola

Beautiful location with a mountain stream right next door. Ideal for an active vacation. We were skiing on the Krvavac, which is about a ten minute drive. We'll be back in the summer and bike around the area, which makes the apartment's location perfect.

We stayed for a week in Istok's beautiful house in Preddvor. It was perfect for the two uf us although the house can comfortably accommodate four people. The location is exceptional for the mountains and lakes aswell as Ljubljiana. Everything you need is in the house. A river runs through the garden which is ideal for barbeques and relaxing outside. If you fancy a swim there is a picturesque lake with a pizza restarant and a beach bar a short walk away. Iztok is a model for what a Air BNB host should be and a really lovely guy. Excellent communication, passion for his country and region and plenty of tips to get the most out of our stay, such as a fabulous easy hike up to the St Jacob's church nearby at 1000m height. He even arranged some delicious fresh caught trout for us. We cannot recommend this place and host enough!! Hopefully we will return one day to do some of the things we did not have time for during this trip.

Cozy, old beautiful house in a wonderful location! Perfect for grilling, bathing, hiking. We felt very comfortable with our three teenagers (13,14,16) and dog.

Ivo was extremely helpful and responsive and met us in town when we arrived. Incredible location and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend.

Ennio' place is a lovely place, with everything we needed. We spent 5 days here and it was a very great, peaceful holiday. Only one minor comment: Th mattress of the bed was too soft. The village is beautiful, and the closeness of Trieste is very comfortable. 100% recommend, we will definitely come back here!

Bruna was a very kind and accommodating host who was helpful both on site and via messages. The apartment has everything you need for a stay, even for longer trips. The best part of the property: the view of the harbor and sea as well as the super central location! On top: Directly under the house is a garage, where you can park cheaply at short notice, in the long term via Easyparking a few meters away. Koper is the ideal starting point for many excursions (Piran, Portoroz, Trieste,...), also Koper itself is very nice, with many cafes, beautiful places and great history!

If u have more time u need to enjoy everything in Mr Gregor home. Its very perfect and huge. Just for me this time im not enjoy everything because we are rushing to the visit Venice. For mr gregor. He is very friendly. U will feels like family with him. Tq so much. Will meet u again

The apartment fully corresponds to the photos in the listing, it is located on the 3rd floor and grants a superb view of the lake from a side balcony, which can be reached in 2 minutes from the apartment. The arrival was hassle-free and the reception staff very accommodating. The pool and the sun loungers on the jetty can also be used. Overall a great stay, the contact with Eberhard was uncomplicated, he responds immediately to questions

Beautiful location at the end of the building with a private garden space and staircase to the beach. Best location in the complex for me as I recovered from a cycling accident in Slovenia. Quiet and private. A bit hard to find in the dark. Not the owner’s fault. Inexplicably the buildings and condominiums are not labeled or numbered making navigation difficult. Would stay here again and give it 2 thumbs up!

Five of us had a great weekend in Portorose. Sea house in marina Portorose was a perfect base for our adventures. My wife and I attended a bike race which started in camp Lucia, about 100 metera away. Center of Portorose, riva, public beach … everything is neaby in a walking distance. Jacuzzi was fantastic for recovery after the race. Thanks for everything, we wil gladly come again …

The bathhouse is awesome! Unfortunately, we had rather bad weather, which of course made the sauna and hot pot all the more beautiful! If you sit in the hot water and it rains slightly and cool from above, actually perfect. The frog concert at the swimming lake was unique. If you can't sleep at brightness, you definitely need a sleeping mask, but the view from the bed is great. Technically, the house is state-of-the-art equipped with JBL Box and Alexa for music. Well thought out concept, you can tell there's a lot of work in it.

Amazing house boat with all equipment needed! Super clean and modern and the location in the marina is just stunning. It was amazing to wake up there and enjoy the rooftop!

We enjoyed the holiday with Peter and felt very comfortable in his lake bungalow. Especially the direct access to the Seebach and the pedal boats for the guests are a dream. Also noteworthy is the very well equipped kitchen. Peter was very helpful and always in a good mood. A clear recommendation!

Sandro offers a great place to have a wonderful time. The views from the charming terrace improve the humor , the clean , well-equipped apartment will give you the comfort of existence. If you like walking, you can get dizzy from your choice : Izola by the promenade by the sea , Koper by a public "park" all the way to the Old Town, the old town... Even the harbor in the background adds the atmosphere... Great place . Sandro is a lucky guy... Living in a place like this... That's why he's such a nice guy....

It's in a very good location, close to the beach and a quiet neighborhood. Great for 2 large terraces. Marco is very communicative quick to respond.

We had a wonderful stay at Margot and Anton's bungalow. The fully equipped accommodation leaves nothing to be desired. We particularly liked the rowing boat and the SUPs and the covered terrace where we liked to sit. The place was very very clean and we felt right at home. We couldn't have had a nicer vacation. Since I was from Trieste, I knew the area very well and of course it completely satisfied me... being able to stay in bed in the evening and listen to the waves of the sea is priceless. Waking up in the morning and the first thing to see is the sea for me was what I was looking for. The house was simply beautiful, we expected the house and instead the host left a refrigerator full and in the morning we could enjoy a breakfast admiring the sea. I recommend it to everyone!!!

Thank you for a great stay. We enjoyed the days and the proximity to the sea very much. The beach house is super located and well-equipped. Only one coffee maker was missing. The kitchen was well equipped and the house could be climbed well, which was very pleasant. We were extremely positively surprised by the outdoor shower, which we liked to use. The location was perfect, walking to Piran(15 minutes on foot)right next to the sea was very nice every evening. All in all: clean, nice apartment in good location. Nice contact. Definitely coming back. Thank you very much

we felt at home at Nevenka, the place has everything a person needs. She also surprised us with baked traditional Slovenian Easter cake :) the place is the perfect starting point for trips around the neighborhood, or you can stay only in Koperi.
