Holiday houses in Upper Bogue

We had a wonderful time at Toni & Alex’s house. They were always reachable and thoughtful throughout our stay, making us feel well taken care of. The seaside view is absolutely stunning, and the pool was perfect for cooling off after sunny afternoons on the terrace. The house is well equipped with everything we needed, and it’s just a short 5-minute walk to the fantastic Rainbow Beach. The location is ideal for exploring the island, with easy access to all key spots. We will definitely be back!

This is our second time staying here. The house is always clean and has everything you need for your stay. It is located right by a beautiful beach and in a great location to access all that Spanish Wells and Russell Island has to offer. The kayak and snorkeling gear are an added bonus. You can see fish by the shore, but if you kayak out to the three islands you can see an amazing variety of fish and coral.

Perfect Stay in a gorgeous well-appointed home. Stunning views, Bright open space with everything we needed for our stay. Comfy beds and couch, lots of outdoor space for relaxing or dining. Communication was great and I've already booked my trip back!

Our family of 4 had an amazing stay at Rainbow Charm. Our 2 teenagers loved the pool, jumping off the rocks, the hammocks. We have been to Eleuthera 5 times and this is our fav rental when bringing the kids ! The location is great for both north and south beaches/restaurants. We felt safe ( as usual in Eleuthera ) and Chris really knows what guests want at a vacation rental. We didn’t need to reach out to David the caretaker but we did meet him at Mel’s Snack Shack and he’s lovely! We are rebooking the home for our fall trip!

Sadly we left Thea's place in Harbour Island/Dunmore Town today, and we can't wait til the next trip back. The unit felt like home the second we entered it -- we loved the location (no bad location on HI but this was perfectly situated near both the bay and beach), the cleanliness, the comfort of the bedrooms, and the correspondence with Thea who was incredibly thoughtful and responsive the entire way from booking to check-out. She was an amazing host in every way. Thank you for an amazing stay...

The pictures and description are perfect, it's exactly as wonderful as it looks. Thanks to Mary Morgan and Todd for doing such a wonderful job maintaining their property and sharing it with us. A few notes for prospective guests--there are plenty of spices and pots/pans for cooking, towels for exploring and linens for sleeping/relaxing. You're as comfortable here as you are at home, except you're in Eleuthera so it's probably much better. Power was reliable and the wifi was flawless (if that's important to you). The path down to the beach is magical. We had a week of onshore wind and next to no surf, but there's plenty to do otherwise. You can get by here without a high clearance vehicle if you drive carefully, the roads to the house are in pretty good shape, though for many of the places we visited that's not the case. I can't recommend MM and Todd's place any more highly.

we stayed in the sunset apartment. the windows face the forest. it was very comfortable. we describe it as beach rustic. Doon, Taja's mom, who runs the Airbnb, was very helpful and available for questions and recommendations.

My husband and I stayed at the Bird Cage for a quick wedding anniversary trip, and it was a wonderful experience. The Bird Cage was immaculate, with a modern and tastefully decorated interior. Although we spent most of our time indoors, the location was convenient, being just a short drive from Governor's Harbour, ATMs, shops, and more. Check-in was very smooth, and Solivia graciously allowed us to arrive early. She personalized our stay with a beautiful welcome message, wine, candles, and drinks in the fridge. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy for us to prepare meals at home. We felt so comfortable and relaxed that we didn’t want to leave. We would definitely recommend this place to couples looking for a relaxing and private getaway. You won't regret it! Thank you, Solivia; we will be back for sure!

Great family vacation spot. We had a wonderful week. Sea turtles and rays greet you right off the beach as you paddle by. Perfect, simple Bahama get away.
