We were received very nicely! The pool was also well tempered and the associated shower had hot water if needed, sun loungers are also available. Beautiful apartment, close to nature, quiet and despite the location in the high-rise you get little from the other tenants. There are many possibilities for activities of all kinds and the city centre of Passau is only a few minutes away by car.

We booked very spontaneously and received a super quick response. Easy check-in. Everything clean and new. Very good and nice contact. Always happy to come back, thank you!

Patrick & Kerstin's apartment was great. Very spacious, clean and modern. The kitchen invites you to cook yourself. You sleep peacefully and have no noise from traffic or anything else. The hosts live in the same house on the upper floor, but you have your privacy thanks to your own front door. There is also something for children.

We stayed here one night and liked the apartment. We will be happy to come back.

We spent 1 night in the nice apartment. It was very cozily furnished and we felt very comfortable. We were able to park our bicycles on the terrace and sit comfortably outside in the evening. We would highly recommend the place.

If you've never stayed in Schmiedgasse, you should definitely do it. You can't actually find a more beautiful and better place to stay. Best location in the city centre with beautiful cafés and bars, 5 minutes' walk to the rest of the old town. The apartment is great and has everything you need. Authentic accommodation in one of the winding buildings typical of Passau. Kitchen, shower, bathroom, everything great. Clean and cozy. You can park, for example, in Mariahilf (up the hill behind the house) or further back in the city centre. Daniel is also very nice and always responded quickly!

Very nice apartment. Modern equipment. All clean and in good condition. Andreas was always available. Apartment is small, but there is enough space for two adults and one or two small children. I can fully recommend stay there.

Stefan was incredibly responsive and friendly. He was accommodating with our schedule and made sure we had everything we needed. His place was very clean and is located in a fantastic spot right next to the main square. We have two young children (3 and 1) and this space was perfect for them, with plenty of living space and sleeping accommodations. 10/10 experience. Highly recommend this apartment to others traveling to Linz!

I had a fantastic stay at Ly Air B&B! The place was clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The host was warm, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect for my visit. One of the best things was the location—it was peaceful yet conveniently close to a grocery store, which made things super easy during my stay. All the little touches, from the cozy bedding to the thoughtful amenities, made it feel like a home away from home. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient place to stay!

Hello, I stayed with my 3 children (13,11,2) for 2 nights just to switch off a bit. The hosts live upstairs and we were warmly welcomed. The apartment is mega spacious, it has everything you need (microwave, filter coffee machine, toaster, water surface, egg boiler). Great, large bathroom with enough towels. 2 large bedrooms with TV, a cute crib with good mattress and bedding was provided to us. A side room with a couch, also with a TV. We enjoyed the terrace with the brand new hot tub. Everything was super clean. Also that everything is within walking distance of the accommodation (marketplace 600 m , with bakery, etc.) Great mountain, beautiful playgrounds, also on the lake. We enjoyed the 3 days and would come back anytime. Thank you very much for everything 😊

We had a nice, relaxing weekend in Deepthis accommodation 😊 The apartment was very clean and sweetly equipped. Deepthi responded really quickly and the communication was super pleasant. What you might want to know: contrary to the pretty accommodation, the house in which it is located cannot quite keep up. Did not bother us, we would have been grateful for such a note in the reviews.

The property with wellness area is very nicely designed and practical. We were very well received. We will be happy to come back.

My girlfriend, our dogs and I loved the place! The loft is simply amazing and you feel right at home and in good hands there. The surroundings are great for anyone who wants to relax and come down and I can only recommend it to everyone. We had a great and very relaxing time there :)
