Holly Harbor is 1.5 acre pennisula lot on beautiful Lake D'Arbonne. The rustic cottage "lake-themed" interior family home boasts a large picture window facing the sunrise and a large back deck perfect for outdoor grilling or just bird watching from the porch swing. A large open dock to the bay is ideal for fishing or swimming or canoeing/kayaking (provided). The cove side offers a boat house with lift that is available to guests who own boats. Welcome to Lakeside Retreat. This house is the perfect vacation home on the lake. It is in the best location, on Lake Darbone. The floating dock gives you the best view and best fishing time. Dock has 2 boat lifts that will fit ski, bass boats and pontoons. Will not fit Tritoons! Fish cleaning station with fresh water. The property has a private boat launch. It is a home away from home, that will give you beautiful views and peaceful nights. 4 smart tvs.

Public boat ramp less than a mile away. Fishing dock and sea wall ideal for fishing or taking kayaks out. We have an uncovered boat slip for parking a boat on site. Our driveway is steep so we suggest parking boats at the top of the hill if they are trailered.

Located on the scenic Ouachita River in Sterlington. Cabin sits on a large lot with direct access and views of the Ouachita River. There is a private boat launch a few hundred yards away. You will be 5 minutes from Sterlington and 20 minutes from Monroe. The fishing and recreation on this area of the river is top notch. Multiple porches and a patio for relaxing.
