Clean and comfortable apartment. Worth the price. Well equipped kitchen. Air conditioning works well. At first I was afraid of the area but it was really safe. Close to shops and restaurants. Well connected to Manhattan.

Our stay at Samuel’s place went very smoothly! We had a great time staying here. The arcade machine was a really nice addition and kept my friends son entertained for hours. The place was slightly smaller than it looked in the pictures but we weren’t complaining! Samuel was always very responsive to any questions my group and I had or suggestions we needed, the only issue I would say is if you have a large vehicle like a Truck or SUV I would not recommend staying here because the driveway is a very tight fit and finding parking on the street can be a hard task, but that’s obviously not Samuel’s fault in any way whatsoever! We still enjoyed ourselves and we appreciate Samuel for always trying to make sure we had a good stay and always trying to make sure his guests feel at home. We would definitely consider staying at any of Samuel’s properties again if we’re in the area!

We absolutely loved our stay. In a beautiful and quiet neighborhood, but still close to a train station and plenty of local restaurants. Place was clean and tidy and just as described. Would definitely book again if I come back to town.

We really enjoyed our stay in Soliu's place. What stood out prominently for was the clean and tidy space. It's worth calling "home away from home ". I'll always make it my first choice anytime I find myself in Elizabeth.

Easy instructions for checking in and checking out. The airbnb was exactly like the pictures as described and the space was very clean. The neighborhood is a little sketchy looking but had zero issues during our stay, no issues with things such as outside noise/parking. I would recommend this place to stay! I had a great stay at Thomas’s place! He was very caring and incredibly responsive throughout my visit including her wife Ellis and daughter , which made everything smooth and stress-free. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a reliable and pleasant place to stay. Would definitely book again!

Two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms. An extensive living room with a large kitchen. Everything is working. Balcony. Washer and dryer. Tranquility. Mattresses in bed comfortable. At the bottom, you can use coffee from the coffee maker. Well equipped gym. Bus access towards NYC - about 8 min on foot. The ticket cost is 6.9 dollars.

The apartment is very nice and well equipped. The building has several amenities and access is very convenient. The walk to the train station is short and from this station you can travel frequently to New York City and various destinations in New Jersey and other states. What's more, the building is very close to Rutgers University. The apartment is located in a quiet area of New Brunswick and very close to restaurants and cafes. The hosts responded immediately to my questions, giving me excellent service. I highly recommend it.

Really enjoyed our stay at this property! The pool was amazing, water features on the property really gave it an amazingly peaceful feeling. House was comfortable, with newer bathrooms and a wonderful kitchen. Highly recommend Jake, and this property!

Beautiful apartment for 2. Spent Valentine’s Day here and it was perfect. Soundbar for music, LED to set the mood, bathroom was clean, washer/dryer included, kitchen was very neat and provided more than enough utensils to cook. Heat/AC is very good as well. Only iffy part for me was the parking. Luckily I was able to get spots right in front the building every time I went out and came back. He does offer paid parking though for anyone who is willing to pay a little extra. Host was great and responsive as well. 10/10 in my opinion. Would definitely book again!!!

Loved staying here. It was a beautiful apartment and smelled so clean. Loved the wood floors and spacious rooms. Everything was within walking distance and the staff was super helpful and friendly. 10/10!

Ade was very helpful and sweet, she also had very clear instructions for check in that made our stay super easy. Super close to the NJ transit bus that took us to the other bus to get to NYC, it gets quite cold so bring an extra blanket, a big warm one. The place was what I expected for the price I paid and overall I had an amazing stay and an amazing experience.

The stay was absolutely perfect for me. I had no problems at all during check-in and during my stay. The location is in an area where anything you might need for a trip is a walk away, so perfectly as described. Almost made me feel like I moved to Jersey lol. The rooms were clean, there was some chocolate and chips provided, even a toothbrush and toothpaste which was very thoughtful. Overall 10/10. No complaints. I’ve promised myself the next time I visit, it has to be this place.

The kids had a blast and the adults were able to supervise but also enjoy peace and quiet while the kids played. Would come back.

Visited NJ/NY with my mom. Had a great time, home was clean which is greatly appreciated. Nice shops/restaurants in walkable distance. Was there mainly for event at MetLife, took only 25min with traffic. Host was responsible, understanding, and accommodating. Would stay again. :)

Great hostess, fast to respond to message very nice and helpful. Alexander checked up on us and i thought that was very generous and the location is great close to ferry station and to manhattan and not a bad price. A/C worked, kitchen and all TVs worked perfectly fine. I thought parking was gonna be tough but surprisingly no and it was near a walgreens store the location to that was very good. There was also a park 3 min away which is perfect for people traveling with kids. Everything was smooth for the check in and out process.

Gabrielle was very responsive to any questions or issues and was very nice. The place was very nice! Loves the board games and the decor was nice! I would stay again!
