The Cobden Cottage - A Soul Refreshing Getaway

Welcome to a unique secluded cottage, perfect for a couple who wants to get away in wine country, or a family of children and pets (please text us about pets!) While others imitate country cottage cozy, this is the real deal! The Cottage is located near several attractions, such as the Cache River, Cedar Lake, and Giant City State Park. We also have 19 acres of woods with a hiking trail on the property and a kitchen garden. Cozy and comfortable, it is a no frills unpretentious country home.

Nestled next the beautiful Shawnee National Forest, here you will find you’re just a short drive from hunting, fishing, hiking and nearly a dozen of the finest wineries around! A couple of things to note: We do live in the very back of the house. You might bump into us in the morning making coffee! Secondly, we are an event venue!
