Abi was an exceptional host! The location was ideal, with convenient free street parking. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and unwind.

I'm really glad I chose this spot for my 2 day trip to NYC. The house was on a street tucked away from the other, more busy streets, which was nice. My partner and I drove my car and were able to park it on the road or temporarily in the lot nearby until someone left for work (the host was also nice enough to text us to ask if we wanted to take her spot). We chose to take the Port Imperial ferry straight to NYC every day - the ferry was a 15 min Uber or 30 min walk away andwas 10 bucks a person and worked well to get to the heart of the city (8 min ferry ride). The house itself was comfy, clean, and had cute touches.

Very cozy, clean room with a mini-fridge and filtered water. They just put a new memory foam mattress on the bed, which was very comfortable. Stella was quick to respond to messages and very kind and accommodating. It was so nice to come back to this very private and quiet room after a long day out in the city! Within walking distance of several metro stations.

great place!! very comfortable and clean. the location is great to visit Manhattan. I was able to park my car there and take a 20min bus to the city without any issues. I definitely will be back!

Excellent séjour de 10 nuits chez Maria. Emplacement Idéal, passages de cars réguliers à 2min du airbnb qui nous emmènent directement au cœur de midtown. La vue en bas de bloc est imbattable, de jour comme de nuit. Ayant voyagé seule, je me suis sentie en sécurité. Il est agréable de rejoindre un quartier calme après une longue journée à NYC. Enfin, le séjour a été rendu d’autant plus agréable grâce à la sympathie et aux conseils des hôtes. Je recommande à 100%. Merci à Maria et son mari pour leur accueil chaleureux.

Odalis is a very kind and caring, I've got sick on the third day and she took care of me like if i was her own son and made sure i was okay on each day, thank you for everything and I'll definitely be back again for sure.

Have a great stay! The house is located on a quiet street. Everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described. We really enjoyed our time here, and it was very convenient being so close to the bus stop for New York City!

Happy with our stay! The apartment was small but sufficed for 2 people. Shower pressure was abysmal but otherwise everything functioned as intended and the host's communication was great.

Solid place for two to three people on a budget that want to be relatively close to Manhattan. Melissa did a good job describing transit options. There is a bus stop down the block that goes to Port Auth Bus Terminal in ~30 minutes. There is free street parking but it is very scarce! Overall, enjoyed staying there.

Siamo stati in questo alloggio per una settimana. Tutto era come descritto, Elsie ci ha “seguiti” da lontano ed è sempre stata reattiva per rispondere alle nostre domande. Location molto ben collegata, in circa 15 minuti si arriva a Time Square dalla fermata davanti casa (NJ transit). Alloggio pulitissimo e curato in ogni dettaglio, ha proprio pensato a tutto. Unica cosa che aggiungerei, una luce all’esterno con sensore volumetrico, per poter aprire comodamente la porta quando si arriva a casa di sera. Complimenti Elsie, e grazie! Se un giorno passi per Roma saremo lieti di darti consigli utili per ammirare la nostra città.

We stayed here for a week to explore New York for the first time. It was very easy to get from the apartment to NYC, took us 30 minutes per bus and was about $3,50 per ride. The apartment itself was very clean, looked exactly like the pictures and had everything we needed. So our stay was absolutely perfect for us! Velma helped us very much, always answered very fast to my messages and even stored our luggage for the last day so we wouldn‘t have to take it to the city and just had to pick it up later on the way to Newark Airport, which was about $40 with an Uber. We would absolutely book an apartment from Velma again!

We had a comfortable stay at Alex's place for 2 nights . The staircase is steep with 13 steps in case you are accompanied by elders . There's no Washing machine , dryyer , dishwasher , weighing scale to weigh luggage if you are headed to Airport All this is mentioned in the instructions Thanks Alex

First time using Airbnb and Mike was super helpful in going over rules, instructions, and providing directions to and from NYC to NJ. Everything was very clean and spacious. I fell in love with the kitchen and how everything was easy to use. After a long day of exploring NYC, coming back to the Airbnb was refreshing. Mike is always super responsive and open to questions and updates! If you’re looking for a nice, clean, quiet space to spend your time away from home this is the perfect spot!

This place is hands down, one of the best Airbnbs that I’ve ever stayed in. The apartment was easy to find and looked just like the pictures. The unit is ground level however it is very quiet and you feel very safe. Everything was spotless and you can tell that Elgha takes great care of her property. Elgha is extremely responsive and very friendly. I highly recommend this place. I can’t wait to come back.

We had a lovely stay. The apartment was spotless, beautifully designed, and fully equipped with extras — from clean towels and sheets to blankets and kitchen amenities. The interior is truly impressive, with attention to detail that made the space feel welcoming and stylish. The location is also a big plus — a very safe, family-friendly neighborhood with plenty of beautiful spots nearby. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful, always quick to reply and generous in sharing recommendations and local hotspots. The only downsides for us were the lack of a washing machine, which is quite essential for a family of five, and the absence of on-site parking. We had a private car and often had to park a bit farther away, which made things slightly difficult when returning late with the kids. Overall, a wonderful experience — thank you very much!

Benjamin was a great host and very responsive. We have 3 dogs that travel with us and sometimes finding an Airbnb can be difficult. With a dedicated parking spot and grassy fenced in back yard this Airbnb was perfect for us. The space looked just like the photos, clean and everything we needed. The location was great, a quick walk to the light rail and we were able to get over to the city quickly. Will definitely be looking to book here again when we travel this way in the future.

Our family of 4 stayed 5 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to the path in 5 min to connect to the NYC subways. On the walk, you pass multiple cafes and coffee shops. Great craft beer and wine shop on the corner. Pizza shop, Basile’s, right next to the PATH is perfect for a late night snack. The beds were comfortable, and even though there was some street noise heard at night, a sound machine was provided to help lull you to sleep. The only thing you have to be aware of is the unit is located on the 2nd floor, and you have to go up a narrow set of stairs which can be hard with multiple suitcases. Other than that, a comfortable and convenient place to stay with everything within walking distance!

Great apartment in a nice area of Hoboken. We used this as a base for our trip to New York so did not spend much time at the place but the location is great, you are close to the station (10-15 minute walk) which takes you to Manhattan Midtown or the Financial District at World Trade Centre. The area in Hoboken is also very nice, you are nearby the Hoboken waterfront which offers great views of Manhattan and an opportunity to slow down from fast pace of Manhattan. Further you are next to Washington Street, which has lots of restaurants and bars, we particularly enjoyed starting the day with Bagels on the Hudson. The apartment itself is spacious, clean and had everything we needed. AJ was always quick to respond for any questions we had. Overall, would recommend.

Being welcomed by the entire family to getting end to end support during the stay, it was a great experience staying at this bnb .. amazing view , kitchen fully stacked , very prompt response , extremely helpful attitude… would recommend stay here if you want to be just around NYC but don’t want the hustle bustle of the city

great neighbourhood, feel safe even at night, close to the bus stop which could take you to pabt easily. moreover, the place itself feels just like home. host is thoughtful and friendly. definitely recommend!!!

This location was perfect for my entire family and accommodated seven comfortably. I would highly recommend this location to anyone who’s interested in staying in Hoboken. I would even consider staying again myself. Laurie was very accommodating the first day because we arrived into town early and she was able to accommodate our luggage before check-in. That was extremely helpful to us helped us. Laurie as a host is a five star as well as her location. Thank you once again for an enjoyable stay.
