A modern, year-round loft house with a private SPA area in the heart of the Bieszczady Mountains. Sauna, double whirlpool tub and hot tub on the terrace. Two bedrooms, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa and TV, bathroom with washing machine. Outside there is a fire pit, terrace and sun loungers. It is also a great base for visiting Sanok, trips to the Bieszczady Mountains where you can reach a scenic road through Raków in 20 minutes.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of the building with direct entrance from the parking lot. Nearby there is the Open Air Museum and Sanok Castle (Beksiński, icons), the surroundings are picturesque forests and charming ponds. The bedroom has two double beds, a bedside table and a clothes hanger. In addition, the cottage has a TV and an electric fireplace.

Its area is about 90 sq m (2 bedrooms, a living room with a fireplace, a kitchen, a bathroom); it is designed for a maximum of 5 people. The cottage is entirely at your disposal, so you can feel at home. It is heated by a fireplace. Around the house there is a garden where you can light a barbecue and a porch where you can eat a meal on a warm sunny day. The property is fenced, pets are welcome.
