our stay in Inelia's house was impeccable, the truth was very nice and comfortable, the area was quiet and there was peace, Inelia was always very kind and attentive to anything, the location of the house was unbeatable with excellent views and a large garden, certainly a very nice place to spend the holidays, 100% recommended

an exelente accommodation, beautiful, clean, well tidy, comfortable, I feel at home, the beds are super comfortable, the heating is perfect, it has everything you need. The attention of Marcelo and his family was wonderful. Very friendly, they gave me all the necessary instructions and in the morning they went out to say goodbye, without a doubt I would stay every time I return. Recommended with eyes closed.

We had an amazing stay at the Pool House! The house itself is very well laid out, beautifully furnished and very clean. The views from the living room and kitchen are spectacular. The pool is warm and very clean… my kids loved swimming in there. The property is situated about 3km from the centre of Puerto Natales. There is a walking path along the main road, which is next to the waterway. You can also drive into town and there is ample parking. Overall, a great base to explore Puerto Natales and surrounds.

Fabíola was very helpful in going to the house to guide us on the use of the heating appliances since we had no knowledge about the appliances. Very cozy house, very well equipped kitchen and private garage for those who are with a vehicle. I recommend hosting at Fabíola's home.

Parking right outside. Very clean inside. Comfortable beds. Would recommend just know it is a 10 minute drive or 30 minute walk to most restaurants and shops.

Very good location. 100% matches what was posted in the ad. One block away warehouses, pharmacies, a supermarket and convenience store nearby. Very central and comfortable, allowing you to get to know Natales. Very good heating in the apartment.

The apartment is very cozy, very nice and you feel at home. The bed is very comfortable and the bedding is great! The hosts and cohosts were very helpful and friendly, the building staff too, we are very grateful for their attention. Very quick responses since we booked and until check-out, I definitely recommend it. Everything has been amazing. Also there are self services nearby, you get to the center by walking, the neighborhood is quiet and I felt safe all the time. The condominium is also very well cared for and the pool is very rich and with a good sun entrance and a very nice view. If I go back to Natales I will stay with them again. Thank you guys!

Very comfortable, cozy, clean and above all perfectly located. Perfect heating, aromatized environments and perfectly equipped depto (even more than the description says). The extraordinary pool and very friendly and flexible hosts. I would definitely stay again.

Franco was excellent. He looked after our bags while we did the O circuit and dropped them in the AirBnb so they were present by the time we went to check in. Would highly recommend booking with him!
