Hotel holiday rentals in Última Esperanza

I spent three nights here with my boyfriend. We liked everything! Simple and sufficient breakfast, there is always filtered water and hot water available for drinking. Bety also offered us the laundry service, at a very fair cost! :) The room is clean and very comfortable, there is wifi and Netflix. The bathroom is quite clean, but sadly sometimes, there is a bad smell in the sink drain. The good thing was that there was hot water, and the shower has very good pressure. Bety is very friendly and helpful, and is always available to assist you. I recommend them! Thank you for everything!

I requested bed in shared but they assigned me to a private hab with private bathroom. I'm happy! Very rich the bed and the temperature in the room. 3rd time I come, I love it!

Cynthia was a fantastic host along with her helpers Bastian and Luz. This was a last minute booking as we arrived late into town and they welcomed us in without any problems. The room was clean, bed comfortable, hot shower and even included breakfast. Cynthia helped us sort out a few things in the morning which was extremely nice of her. Nothing was too much trouble. The hostel was within walking distance to all the local restaurants, shops and bars. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if I returned to Puerto Natales.

Amazing place, Maritza was great at communicating and worked hard to resolve issues / concerns promptly. Check in & check out communication was accurate and timely. The house is stocked with a lot of things and amenities which is nice. It’s close to many restaurants and bars plus coffee shops. Would highly recommend the place and Maritza as the host.

Loreto was an absolutely AMAZING host for our group of 17 traveling through Puerto Natales. The house is absolutely perfect for a large group with both individual sleeping spaces for many and large spaces to hangout as a group. We watched a stunning sunset from the upstairs living room and were able to easily access the town and ocean front. The home is more like a hotel than an airbnb so don’t expect a kitchen but Loreto provided an incredible breakfast for all of us and allowed us to store our luggage for two days while we trekked Torres del Paine. She was extremely helpful and attentive to the many needs of our very large group, including accommodating a last minute additional extra person, and went above and beyond to provide services which exceeded all of our expectations. Thank you so much for an awesome stay, highly recommend this spot if you’re traveling through Puerto Natales!!
