Holiday rentals with breakfast in Ulsan

A wonderful base to explore Haeundae. This property had great amenities, especially for a family with a baby, was clean, comfortable and in a very convenient location, within walking distance to many attractions and very close to subway line. Thank you JiSun for a wonderful stay in Haeundae.

I highly recommend this place for anyone who visits Gyeong-ju, especially as a foreigner. They will feel what country life really feels like with such a peace. Great, kind host impressed us so much, nothing could be better than this for your holiday! 외국인들는 물론, 한국분들도 너무 좋을 것 같아요. 특히나 여러명이서 시골가서 고기구워먹고 편하게 노시는데 안성맞춤일 것 같아요! 엄마 모시고 다시오고 싶어요 :)

It was cozy and comfortable, so I was able to stay like at home, and the beam and Netflix were connected, so I was able to enjoy it while empathizing with my friends. It was close to Haeundae Beach, so you could walk to the beach in the morning, and there were many restaurants that opened early, so it was good to solve the meal.

The accommodation was so cozy and nice, and first of all, the host was so kind! I liked it the best Airbnb I've ever used. I also ate really good snacks. I think I'll use it every time I come to Gyeongju:)!! Thank you for a happy trip

It was nice that it was peaceful. It is by far the first accommodation I stayed in during my trip to Gyeongju. However, there are no nearby amenities, so it would be better to buy water and snacks in advance. It was nice to go for a walk in the Royal Tomb of Seondeok early in the morning. (6 minutes by car). The arboretum opened after 10 o'clock. It was very tidy, the interior was nice, and most importantly, it was nice to be able to enjoy the pine forest scenery privately. Recommended for those who want to stay in a quiet hanok.

It was much better than I thought!! First of all, the condition of the accommodation was clean, and the kitchen and bathroom were so clean! I was able to eat meat on the private deck right in front, so it was very convenient and nice ~ Also, it was nice to be able to bring various marinades from the information room on the first floor, and I also enjoyed the breakfast the next morning ~ ~!

It was really nice except for the parking and the steep stairs. I had a nice stay.

It was a warm accommodation where I could feel the host's care! There were a lot of cute points ~ The location was nice and parking was easy:) One disadvantage is that the shower is uncomfortable, but it's a gamseong accommodation that I want to go to again!

I had a good stay for 2 nights! It was so nice to have the necessities in the accommodation, and it was very clean! Not to mention the view, the location is good, so the surrounding commercial area is really good. I want to visit again next time I go to Busan!!!!

It was comfortable and convenient and there was a minimarket to get fruit food in the back in the morning which was great!!

The cleaning condition is excellent, the comfort is the best, the equipped products (tableware & washing machine dryer & detergent) are the best, the location is the best- I'm satisfied. I want to stay again ~! Elbe is a little busy.

This is my second time using. It was really clean and comfortable like my home. The location was also great, so it was perfect for enjoying Haeundae. The owner is kind and I'm completely satisfied. I plan to use it again next time I visit Haeundae. I highly recommend it!!!!!!!

Great place to stay. Easy access to bus terminals to other cities. City tour bus is just around the corner so you can walk to tour bus and NongHyub mart has ecerything you need for your travel. One thing I want to comment is there is no washing machine but you can use paid washing machine just opposite to your stay.

It was the best, cleanest, and coolest place I have ever been to. It feels like staying in a hotel!!The ❤️❤️❤️ ocean view was really the best, and the interior of the accommodation was very neat and tidy!! The host was so kind and quick to respond to my messages, so I really appreciated it.🥹 And it was so nice that it was an accommodation with a clear view of Gwangan Bridge!The towels smelled good, so I felt better when using them. 😊 There were also many convenience stores and shops🫶 nearby, so it was convenient to buy things! It was a really perfect accommodation that I want to come to rest again the next time I come to Busan to play.😍❤️

It was very close to the station, and I was very satisfied that they just let me extend my checkout!

It was so detailed in the review that it was easy to find and as described. How tidy is the host? I could tell just by looking at the bedding ^ ^ Breakfast was delicious, The fruit was also really great- However, I was a little embarrassed that they said that the breakfast and the coffee with it were separate;; I like electric pads My husband and daughter were a good night's sleep. I also rested well thanks to the comfortable pillows! I was more than grateful for your prosperity♥ ︎

This is my first Airbnb accommodation, and it's been a long time since I went to my hometown and had a good rest. The host responded well, so even more It was a fun trip I also appreciated the hearty breakfast! I'll definitely stop by the next time I come to my hometown!

Such a good find! Julie's place provides the perfect respite for travelers walking all day - it was clean, cozy, and comfortable (loved the heated flooring). Julie was responsive and very accommodating with a few requests. The room seemed small initially because of the bunk beds but it is actually spacious as I used one bed as a sitting space. What really sets her place apart from other places though is the welcoming lounge/kitchen area and the thoughtfully stocked kitchen. Breakfast items included milk, eggs, bread, jam, and coffee/tea, which saved some time in the morning. The location was great too - about 5-10 mins away from the inter-city bus stop and the main sites. Overall, would highly recommend.

All was as described. Location is great if being near the bus terminal is a priority. We arrived well before check in and planned to use station lockers and rent bikes during our visit so for all this to be a stones throw from all was key. The hanok stay was clean and efficient. Bathroom water pressure, temperature and drainage were excellent. Room AC worked well. Other guests were respectful of the shared spaces so that was a great experience.

We really enjoyed our stay and the host helped us with a load of laundry. I would recommend this place to anybody visiting Gyeongju!

We take the condition of the house very seriously when we travel and Sally's place was spotless and perfect Everything was neatly organized, and the accommodation was very cozy and sensory with antique furniture and props. It was nice to be able to sleep well thanks to the fluffy and clean bedding. The kids liked it because it was much better than a hotel. The clean and hearty breakfast was so delicious, and the coffee you gave me was the best. We and the kids were so happy because of the two friendly and wonderful people and their lovely puppies. I think I've done all the accommodations for this trip to Gyeongju I'll visit again next time Thank you🥰

You're kind. Even if the room is small, there's just everything. There was a lot of time outside like me, and it was perfect for sleeping. In general, I was happy because I felt like I was being treated with the best breakfast.
