Our vacation home has a living area of 70 sqm. It is located on the outskirts of the climatic spa town of Westerheim at an altitude of 823 m. There are commercial businesses in the neighborhood, but they cause little noise. The house is completely fenced in at a height of 150 cm. Hiking trails lead directly from the house, and in winter, when there is snow, a cross-country ski trail is also groomed. Home sweet home is our motto! Spend your vacation days in our vacation home, which is located in an idyllic area in the middle of the village of Schrattenbach. Due to the separate bedrooms and bathrooms, the house is also ideally suited for professional stays. It has a separate entrance and parking space, so no direct contact is necessary. The listed house from 1730 is located at the foot of the holy mountain of Upper Swabia – the Bussen – and directly on the hiking trail, not far from the Danube Cycle Path on the edge of the Swabian Alps. During the careful restoration using ecological and sustainable materials, many details such as sloping floors, partially low room heights and a steep staircase were preserved. So you can go back in time and still enjoy the modern comforts of the present.
