I always like to stay here when I’m in Kyiv. Great neighborhood and a great host. Easy access to stores and the metro. Times may be difficult in Ukraine now, but staying here still feels like home to me.

We stayed in Julia’s apartment for six weeks. It’s in a great area with a balcony right over gardens. We both work remote and the WiFi was fast enough for us to have concurrent video calls. The apartment was clean and fully stocked with cookware. The owners were very helpful and super responsive to our questions. For what it’s worth, we had no power outages during our stay. I’d gladly stay here again.

The apartment is well-maintained and clean, in reality it looks much better than in the photo, a comfortable orthopedic mattress, a very comfortable and functional bathroom, windows overlook the yard with a pleasant view, even in clear weather you can see a piece of the sea, quiet and peaceful, a great option for business trips and recreation! Thank you, everything was great!

This is a great Airbnb, very modern and comfortable. There is a full kitchen, nice sofa and tv and great water pressure in the shower. The king sized bed was really comfortable with nice bedding. Although on a somewhat busy road, you can't hear traffic when the window is closed and it's quiet at night. Great location, very walkable and there are grocery stores in every direction. Polina was a very friendly host! Highly recommend.

They clearly told us where to go, where to get the keys. We were in touch with me the whole time. They answered me all the questions. It was possible to leave your belongings after you checked out. There is no soundproofing as such, you could hear everything that was done behind the wall in the neighbors (and they were loud). However, overall everything went great.

Pleasant and comfortable apartment, especially for a long stay. Water delivery, the ability to have a desk and even a yoga mat is great in general, as is communication with the host. The location and view from the window is a little specific, but there are good coffee shops, cafes and a supermarket within a 5-minute walk. It is worth considering that the apartment is on the 5th floor, there is no elevator, of course)

The apartment is located in a residential complex, with round-the-clock security. Small but very cozy. And most importantly - an incredible view from the window.

We are returning to the apartment for the second time. A wonderful place. The first time I was struck by the fact that they left us drinking water. This time, my child was also waiting for delicacies! Clean, pleasant, atmospheric. You can feel the care for the residents in everything. And the settlement, which does not require planning, additional manipulations. The host is in touch. But, to be honest, everything was fine, there are instructions and tips in the apartment, there was no need to contact him. We'll be back!

Perfect apartment on a calm sidestreet from Independent square, places of historic interest, transportation and everything else. Highly recommended!

The apartment is in a great location. There is a large shopping mall nearby, a promenade for walking, as well as restaurants and shops. A Silpo and La Silpo supermarket are just around the corner. It’s perfect for a stay in both cold and warm seasons. The coastline is only a 5-minute walk away, offering beautiful views 🌊 The apartment is small but cozy and comfortable. Ideal for 1-2 people (though three can fit as well). There is a kitchen with all the essentials, a washing machine, and an iron - very convenient. Thank you for the warm welcome!
