Our cozy loft, in the historical part of the city center "Golden Gate". On one of the most famous and trendy streets of the city - Reitarskaya. Sunny balcony overlooking the street. The house is an architectural monument. The stylish design features decor elements of Ukrainian folk art, which gives the interior warmth. The height of the walls is 4m and large arched windows to the south side will allow you to feel easy and free. Modern kitchen and everything you need for your stay. A nice bonus is the garden with a rose garden.

Apartment in Arcadia with sea view and bathroom 🛁 🥂

This is great place for real gourmand, if you are looking for something special like to wake up with a great view on the see and observe it from 22 second floor, so you are welcome!!! The building is finished at 2017,calls 19 purl of Kadorr, so it is completely new, secured with cameras and with personal access, only people from this building has access to this territory. The location is more than the best, as it is near Arcadia, with all their night clubs, restaurants and good places for rest.

Cozy and romantic one-bedroom rooftop loft with authentic brickwork and modernistic touch, hosting 2-4 people, suitable for families with kids. Own terrace with two sunbeds overseeing a playground and a grove with birds and squirrels. A large living room with built-in kitchen, fireplace, transformable sofa bed and table. A floor-heated bathroom with a tub as well as a sauna for an even deeper relaxation in a bungalow downstairs (another listing of ours). An outdoor pool is available in summer.

Мансардный (4) этаж старинного дома. Лифта нет. Вы сможете парковать автомобиль в переулке, вечером обычно нет проблемы припарковаться./

Cozy, small, beautiful two-level loft studio on the 4th floor of a historic building from 1917. The building with an elevator is located in the center of Kyiv near the Opera House. A 5-minute walk from the metro station "Universitet". The apartments are part of a small apart-hotel of 3 rooms. Inside is a king size bed, and on the mezzanine there are quality mattresses for 3 beds. The studio has its own small kitchen, its own bathroom with everything you need, TV, internet, etc. Welcome!
