Uncle House is an American-style wooden building with the highest insulation designed and constructed by a prestigious wooden construction company in Seoul. It is a hot spot to enjoy a fire pit with a high ceiling, cool in summer and warm in winter, high in all directions and open views, and star views. The first floor is a space for the host couple, and the second floor 56m2 (including the terrace) is a guesthouse. There is a CU and Mart nearby, and the bus stop is right in front of it, so transportation is good. If you go down the road between the stops (stairs), there is a road leading to Songdo Beach. It is close to a trail like Olle-gil and a 5-minute walk from the first beach in Busan with Songdo Beach.
