Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Ugento

Very nice place, exactly like the pictures. Always parking available in the front of the Airbnb. At walking distance of bakery, supermarket & multiple restaurants. Perfect!

Our stay with Stefania was amazing. The accommodation was luxurious and comfortable. Situated a mile from the old town of Lecce, easily walkable. Stefania was so friendly and helpful, she sorted out a parking fine that we had. Just to note, yellow lines on the road mean no parking unless you are a resident. Visitors use the blue parking spaces. I would recommend Stefania’s accommodation to everyone and would certainly stay again.

We had probably our best Airbnb experience. We were greeted on arrival by Paolo who was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our vacation. We could reach him at any time and he also had countless good tips for us. Among other things, he recommended the best ice cream (still dreaming of cioccolata fondente). There were some super tasty local specialties waiting for us when we arrived. The house is very clean and furnished with great attention to detail. You can tell that the owner is an architect. In general, the house really had everything you need. From olive oil and spices to a washing machine and bathrobes. We wanted to spend the whole day on the terrace by the sea which definitely was our highlight. Our stay felt like a dream and we definitely want to come back as soon as possible. Thank you for everything.

We stayed in this house the first week of September and were very satisfied. The house is very nice, cozy and with attention to detail, equipped with everything you need and very clean. The terrace is very nice and equipped with a washing machine and sink. Serena and her dad were always very kind and helpful. I recommend staying with them and if I get the chance I will definitely come back.

We had a great 5 days exploring the area by car. Ersilia was very responsive and gave good recommendations. The accommodation had everything we needed, with a beautiful pool and garden area. Thank you!

Masseria Del Gigante exceeded all our expectations. From the warm welcome by Chiara to the delicious food and immaculate cleaning from Ada, and the seamless support from Salvatore: every member of the team made us feel like family. We travelled with 6 adults and 2 kids and had more than enough space. Each room had its own ensuite, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The pool was absolutely spectacular, and the villa is ideally located between charming local towns and only about 20 minutes from the beaches, Lecce, and Otranto. Six nights weren’t enough, we didn’t want to leave and truly hope to return. What a beauitful and tasteful villa!

I love places with a sea view from above. I loved this place. Especially the room on the ground floor... From where I could admire the magical sunrise every morning! Antonella was very welcoming and always responsive! The only flaw is not being able to access the sea directly from there. It would be fabulous if they could find a way to do it. The place is suitable for those who love tranquility, the wind and the sound of the sea! ❤️

We stayed 3 days in the house, which with its 2 roof terraces is superbly located with a fantastic view of the sunset. The relatively few square meters are well used and tastefully decorated, and it was easy to find parking within walking distance of the apartment with a recommendation from Ivan. Only on Sundays/holidays, you should be aware that parking is not allowed due to the market. The small town has plenty of bars and several good restaurants. There are cards to a nice sandy beach and several down the coast, and along the beach promenade there is a nice walk/run/bike path several kilometers in both directions along the bay, if you also want to exercise. Good location for excursions to the slightly larger nearby towns and attractions. Clearly a place we'd like to come back to. Both for the quality of the home and the area's amenities.

As often described, the apartment has two wonderful, well-equipped terraces, partly with sea views, which we enjoyed extensively. The apartment is located in close proximity to the clean city beach, the old town and many bars and restaurants. We slept very well and the apartment is above average well equipped. Only the walk from the car park in the heat with a large amount of luggage and the narrow stairs may be a problem for older people. Marco is extremely responsive and gave us many good recommendations, including the routes. This made our holiday even more beautiful. I highly recommend this apartment and would love to come back. We have always been well looked after and felt comfortable.

An absolutely beautiful apartment, part of an old palace, right in the heart of Lecce. So full of character and charm. We couldn't have asked for a better location for exploring the town and the surrounding area. Clean and comfortable with air-conditioning which was great for the night time. Francesco even left us some local cakes for our arrival and was there to meet us to help us with our bags up the stairs. The roof terrace is absolutely stunning with views of the church and street below. I couldn't recommend enough. Thank you for having us ❤️

Perfect location right in the heart of the old city and incredible views of the sea from the terrace. Best sunsets! Amazing restaurants within 1 minute walk. Directly above the beach, 1 minute walk down to the beach. The terrace is spacious and even has an outdoor shower! The apartment itself is very spacious and the kitchen has everything you need. Very comfortable beds and plenty of natural light. Some street noise at night but never an issue for us. Parking was a bit far (10-15 min walk, but those are the city rule). Very communicative, kind and helpful host. We really loved our stay here and would highly recommend.

Patrizia’s apartment was somehow even more beautiful than the photos—thoughtfully designed, bright, and incredibly comfortable. We stayed here with our 21-month-old daughter, my mother, and cousin while in Lecce for a family wedding, and it was the perfect home base for all of us. The apartment had everything we needed for a smooth and easy stay. Street parking was mostly easy to find, and the location was ideal—within walking distance of Lecce’s historic center, great restaurants, a playground, and a grocery store. Traveling with a toddler can be challenging, but Patrizia made it so much easier. She had a great pack-and-play set up with linens, some toys for our daughter to enjoy, and even welcomed her with a little stuffed animal—now a new favorite. The private patio was another highlight—a lovely spot for breakfast and relaxing. We’d absolutely stay here again.

Very well located for visiting the surroundings, the sea is nearby. Terrace on the roof of the house to share but with a magnificent view 🤩 (be careful on rainy days, very slippery stairs)

Perfect! We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. Alessandro was a great host, he arranged a shuttle for us from Lecce to drop us right outside of the front door which is ideal as not sure how we would have got there from the train station. He was waiting for us and gave us a personal tour of the apartment and how everything worked so there was no trying to work it all out on our own. The terrace was an absolute delight! It is in the heart of the old town with many bars and restaurants just steps away which was wonderful! I would highly recommend a stay and hope to go back myself one day.

This is a fantastic place and we’d highly recommend it! Beautiful, spacious, spotless, well-decorated apartment in a great location with roof terraces (plural!) with amazing views. Ludovica was the perfect host- very responsive and helpful and the apartment guide was a very thoughtful and useful addition. Gallipoli is also a great place to stay when exploring Puglia, with lovely local beaches, good restaurants, activities and other towns in easy distance. Thank you Ludovica!

We had a lovely stay in Nardò. The apartment is in a back street, just off the main square in the old town. You are spoilt in your choices of places to eat, drink and snack, all within a very short walk. You are also within walking distance of the train station if you didn’t fancy driving. We took the train to Lecce for a day trip. We loved just sitting on Piazza Antonio Salandra with a spritz and a negroni watching the locals going about their business long in to the evening. A special stay for 3 nights, in a lovely setting. Alessandro gave us fantastic recommendations for local shopping, and the kitchen faculties were great to cook in ! Spongano is a cute town, check out the icecream shop too. Alessandro's place has lots of space, and makes you feel like you're really staying in Italy !

We had a wonderful stay in Gallipoli. The apartment has everything you need for daily life and is very quiet. The roof terrace with the view of the sea is simply fantastic and on foot you can quickly reach the old town. Clear recommendation!

I had a wonderful month in Lecce, a great deal attributes to the fact that I was staying at Fausto’s apartment. I think we’ve got the best view in the city. I really like this apartment a lot. It has every good quality that’s been mentioned in the previous reviews, and more. I also wanted to thank Fausto for his prompt responses and assistance. I had some knee issues and required assistance to get me to the train station and to the right platform the day I left and Fausto did not hesitate to help. For that he has my gratitude and thanks. I hope to return to Lecce and this beautiful apartment again in the future.

We had the most wonderful stay in Maria's apartment. The home is nice and big with everything you need. In addition, there is a fantastic garden! Maria is a super sweet host and we can definitely recommend booking her home!

The pictures on Airbnb are hardly able to accurately describe the apartment. The apartment is even more magnificent in real life. The apartment is spacious and very impressive. The huge roof terrace is a highlight. The living rooms and bedrooms are good and furnished with plenty of cupboards and storage space. The kitchen is equipped with all imaginable appliances. Nothing is missing. We have already had many good holiday apartments. This apartment surpasses all and is absolutely top class. The host is extremely helpful. He kept asking if everything was okay. He made suggestions for activities and excursions, as well as for the catering. He was always approachable and responded to inquiries within a very short time. The apartment and the host are recommended without restrictions.
