Hotel holiday rentals in Ucayali

My second time at Del Castillo. Excellent customer service and genuine care from the staff. My airport pick up was arranged for me and I got to the hotel with no fuss. Rooms are spacious, clean, the location is central close to all that Pucallpa has to offer. Excellent I would stay again.

Clean but no hot water

I recommend it 100%! The room is super cozy, it has a good location because it is close to the square and the terminal, and Jose and his mom have been the best hosts! Even Jose gives you the tour info and can help you contact the tour agencies. I passed it amazing in Oxapampa and when I come back I will obviously be staying again here. :)

The attention was very friendly from the moment we arrived, they gave us a basket with complimentary products, the cabin looked dreamy, comfortable, cozy, and in tune with nature. A little bit of paradise on earth. 100% recommended.

excellent location and close to tourist places, the tour came to pick us up and is easy to access. Araclely accompanied me at all times during arrival and stay. the river view, it's wonderful!

The wooden room very tidy and with good lighting, very close to everything and Alexandra's parents' attention was very nice make you feel at home.

100% recommended, it is close to the Plaza de la Merced in Mototaxi, the hab is as in the photos and the terrace has an expectable view, in addition to being able to use the kitchen when you need and has a mini-bar to refrigerate your food.
