Waking up with a view of the hills of Vizovické vrchy in the middle of a blackthorn orchard while birds are singing is the perfect therapy to clear your head from city life. You can use the sofa located by a huge window facing east overlooking the Vizovické vrchy and a large window facing north overlooking the blackthorn orchard for quiet moments and tasting something good. During the barbecue in the evening, the western sun will illuminate the terrace in front of our cottage, where many gourmets will apply their gastronomic skills.

A cozy brick house, 15 minutes walk from the center of Zlín, is located in a unique and very quiet location of the First Republic houses, which were built by Tomáš and J.A. Baťa. The space is renovated, stylishly furnished and surrounded by a beautiful garden with a view of the surroundings. For relaxation, there is a terrace with a French window on the ground floor and a terrace on the 1st floor, where you can relax on an outdoor bed.
