the apartment is impeccable! Everything like the pictures. Extremely clean, comfortable, all brand new. Comfortable beds, wonderful sofa, good bathrooms. It has everything you need and very good taste. The excellent condominium, gym, swimming pool and close to everything. There's a bakery, a supermarket nearby. Does not want to leave so wonderful that it is the apartment and the condominium. Mr. Aguinaldo very attentive and responds very quickly. Detail we spent 3 months in this apartment. The stay was wonderful, the house is spacious, cozy and has an excellent location, in addition to having a great leisure area, with a swimming pool and barbecue area. Comfortably sleeps 8 people. The kitchen is large and well equipped. Lêda is very kind and attentive; at check-out, when I requested her help, she was very flexible, which made us even more satisfied with the stay. We will recommend the house and, if possible, we will be happy to return.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is super spacious, comfortable and very well equipped — ideal for resting and enjoying with peace of mind. Everything was neatly clean and tidy, exactly as in the pictures. But what really made the difference was the affection and attention of host Daniela. Since first contact, she was extremely kind, welcoming, and concerned with making sure our experience was perfect. Received us with great care, always available to ask questions and give good tips about the region. It's rare to find hosts as dedicated and human as her — the kind of person who really loves what they do and cares about their guests. We need more hosts like this on Airbnb! Daniela is a true example of hospitality. We felt at home and undoubtedly want to go back. I recommend it with my eyes closed!

Apt with full kitchen, microwave, excellent stove. washing machine. has no air-conditioning but has humidifier and fan. good shower, large quantity although when fully connected does not keep the water very hot. me as nothing gets in the way. apt is on the second floor with few stairs. spacious garage but uncovered, 24hrs concierge.
