Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Tysnes Municipality

There were two of us for about 1 week in the lovingly renovated Skolehus of Mette and Jan. Like the other vacationers, we find the location directly on the Sund with the fascinating view unique! Special thanks also to Mette for the tips to explore the area and the kindness. The house is extremely clean and really nicely decorated. The outdoor facilities (2 wooden terraces: one directly by the house and also one downstairs directly by the water) are very nice. We will keep the Skolehus in our hearts!

We were 2 couples with two children and an aunt & uncle. The place was perfect for us. When the weather was nice, we could barbecue outside, make campfires and eat self-caught fish. The rented boat sleeps 4 people and was excellent for fishing and excursions. We took public transport to Bergen twice. Here, too, the connection was absolutely sufficient, provided you timed the ferry rides. Overall, we had a very relaxing and pleasant stay. The house is very lovingly decorated and leaves nothing to be desired in terms of space. Also a big thank you to Arne for the great support even before arrival and the detailed introduction to the house. We were very pleased to be able to enjoy your apartment for our family vacation. Very nice house, beautiful suroundings Recommend

Comfortable, cozy and plenty of space for 3 adults. Well equipped kitchen. Nice host who answered questions promptly.

This apartment has everything you need and a little more, like super water pressure and fun rabbits outside the door. Perfect location for those who want to explore the island or need a stop. The hosts were both helpful and nice. The place is recommended.

The apartment is as it appears in the photos; light and airy even if it is located on the basement floor. Overall good standard, clean, proper and pleasant, and with all amenities as described. Good beds, clean bed linen and quiet bedroom with good ventilation. Spacious parking space with the possibility of "grandma charging" of an electric car (per regular outlet). Cozy host, and perfect location for the three of us who were at the chamber music festival and were able to enjoy short walks in beautiful surroundings to the barony and other scenes. Recommended!

We had a great time in Bjorn's apartment. The view is beautiful, we completely relaxed.

Nice little apartment with a view, short road to Nesttun

Really lovely flat right by the harbour. We stayed here to visit Iris and the boat picks you up 30 seconds walk from the front door. The flat was really nice and extremely clean and communication was super easy and clear. We went for a 10km walk in the morning and it was stunning - perfect location to also see some of the beautiful scenery. Highly recommend and thank you for a lovely stay!

Marita and Tomas are very nice, warm people. Marita greeted us upon arrival and showed us around and explained things (e.g., how to access the kayaks) in a very clear and unhurried way. They both did a fantastic job communicating with us before our arrival, and provided lots of helpful advice while there (e.g., recommendation of a wonderful restaurant in Bergen). Although Tomas and Marita live on the floor above the Airbnb flat, we never felt “crowded” by them. In fact, at my request, Tomas was able to respond immediately to come down to help us figure out the TV…and he was incredibly good natured about it. Location was terrific, too: close to Bergen and all it offers, including the focal museums, as well as minutes from an excellent University of Bergen arboretum & botanical garden. Highly recommend this place, as well as Tomas & Marita as people!

This house was an absolute dream for a family with young kids! The location is fantastic, the kids amenities cannot be beat! The rooms upstairs are perfect for kids but were challenging for adults with the slanted ceilings (also we have some neck/back injuries and the beds upstairs aren’t the most comfortable). Parts of the house, and amenities (bikes) are well used and in need of replacing but would still highly recommend this place! Linda was incredibly responsive and helpful the duration of the stay. My family had the most incredible trip!

Villa med panoramautsikt is a very beautiful spacious retreat nestled in the hills of Fusa Commune. We travelled by car easily from Bergen via a short ferry. The house is well equipped for winter and summer with sauna, swimming pool, barbecue area & lots of space inside & out to relax. The area has very beautiful walks & we were lucky to find a small local shop open on a Saturday- Eikhaugen Gjestegard - for delicious cinnamon buns & coffee and some great food gifts! Jorunn was very helpful with information before we arrived, very welcoming & the house was clean & very comfortable. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

We had 5 adults staying at Petter's wonderful home in Fyllingsdalen. The views alone is worth the stay. The location worked will for our group when we had some needing to be at the sailing center, wanting to go into Bergen center or needing to pick up and drop off at the airport. Two grocery stores within walking distance and as well as a large shopping center and restaurants. There is a bus stop at the bottom of the drive way (2 min) walk, that can take you to the shopping center if you don't want to walk and to the public tram system. The home had everything we needed for our stay. Easy coffee drip system as well as an electric foamer and Nespresso. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and bbq. We enjoyed the 2 large terraces and had great fun with the dinghy boat. the home had comfortable chairs for reading and L shape sofa for TV view or conversations. Petter did a marvelous job with keeping up with our communicates when we had to make changes to our stay.

Kari's home is in a spectacular location, right on the waterfront, with calm and cool waters. We had a wonderful time with the children exploring rocks and beaches and swimming. The house is well set up, very cosy and welcoming. I couldn't recommend it more for a relaxing few days.
