Great terrace right over the water's edge, and from the living room on the 2nd floor there is a separate balcony.

Old house, the apartment therefore has a simple standard. Free parking in the street just outside the house. Electric car charger type 2 available upon agreement. Large terrace that can be used freely by all guests. 5-10 minutes walk to the city centre. Bed linen & towels included.
