Highly recommended! I had a great time at this thoughtfully designed, spotless studio in a newly built complex. It felt like home, thanks in large part to Monica’s helpful, proactive, and clear guidance. The property features a lovely pool, beach access, and a well-equipped gym. There's a supermarket just around the corner, and it's a perfect base for exploring Northern Cyprus. I felt completely comfortable throughout my stay.

A beautiful and quiet house in the city center, close to everything. Its style is wonderful and shows Ezgi's attention to every detail. I am very happy that this is the second time I am dealing with Ezgi and I advise everyone to try living in this beautiful house.

We truly enjoyed our stay – the apartment is spacious, modern, spotless and fully equipped. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. Rokas was an excellent host – responsive, helpful and kind. We highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again!

The apartment was lovely and in a great location with an on-site bar/restaurant. The pool was fantastic and was quiet and relaxing. Can’t fault the hosts. Always responsive and provided clear instructions on arrival. You do need a car to get around but that’s the same anywhere you stay in the North. Would definitely stay again!

Apartment rather clean, functional and good location! Our original place wasn't ready when we arrived, but Eva and Jerry were very responsive and offered us a similar place in the residence. Beautiful sea view, pool and common area (billiards, ping pong table, some fitness machines). Lidl store 5 minutes away by car, pleasant walks and beaches very close. 15 minutes by car from Ayia Napa, 5 minutes from Cap Greco. We came out of season so a lot of restaurants and shops were closed, but I think the neighborhood needs to be more lively in high season!

We stayed at the property in May and overall it was a very good experience. The location is quiet and felt private, with only a few people around, which created a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The view from the apartment was beautiful, and having the pool right next to it was definitely a highlight. A great choice for a peaceful getaway.

We were in İskele / Famagusta. The apartment is connected in a complex with a large hotel with casino! There are many great business options. The beach and a great beach club are about 400 m away! The apartment has a great view and large balcony. The landlords are really very nice and helpful!

Everything was great! The contact person was always easy to reach and responded quickly to inquiries. Everything was reliably taken care of. Very satisfied!

Very good and clean apartment. - photos don’t match real apartment at all becouse according to their rules apartment will be the Same category and size but no exactly the same . We got completely different apartment and much smaller , landlord refused to change it and only after airbnb team help the apartment was changed to the one we choose.

Lora has been the perfect host always available to answer and questions. The property is amazing, large open spaces my 1yr old loved crawling around the whole apartment whilst we could see her. With a balcony on both sides we had sun and shade options all day with fantastic sunset views. There’s a small park visible from the front door with swing and a roundabout. All route around are pram friendly we only ventured a small way around the salt lake but that was suitable and we even got on to the dried up part of the lake with a little carry of the pram. The hot tub is heated by the sun so easy to use and great on a hot day be sure to pop the cover on when not in use to keep it as clean as possible there’s an out door shower perfect for a rinse before use and the apartment isn’t over looked and is completely private. 10/10!!!

We felt very comfortable in Sophia's apartment. It is furnished with attention to detail and is as shown in the photos. Our highlight was the great outdoor area. The apartment has a great connection to the highway. We were able to see a lot of Cyprus. There is a very good bakery nearby as well as a supermarket, which you can reach on foot. Sophia can be reached at any time and helps very quickly with all concerns and inquiries. We had a great time and send Sophia our warmest regards Tobias and Nicole

Great host and place to stay. Just a 3-4 minutes walk from Nissi beach and nearest restaurants, bakeries and markets.

We had a wonderful time at Maria’s accommodation. We stayed with three small children, and everything was provided to make us feel at home. The kids loved the pool, which is very close by. Maria was very kind and did everything to ensure we had a great holiday.

The house was as described, there were only minor problems with cleaning, but somehow we handled it. The plates in the kitchen were dirty and stained and the pans were oily, there were very few items in the kitchen, we had a hard time. Everything else was fine. On our 2nd day, the water broke, but Ruslan handled it in a very short time and solved our problem. The pool area was really nice and pleasant, the outdoor area of the house was full of peace, we liked it very much. It is not a very central place, but there were things we needed, such as a market and restaurant. If I come to Cyprus again, I can choose this place again.. :))

If you want to spend your time on the resort only, than the location is good. If you want to visit some other places then you need a car and drive 1 - 1,5 hour. For example : Girne is a nice place to visit for a day. Nice swimming pool, Gym, Spa, beach with beds and umbrellas. Nice restaurant.

Andreas place was really great, clean, spacious. There’s AC in all the rooms and it was helpful, check in was smooth, would recommend to get a rental car as the place is not close to the center but it was perfect for us as it was calm. I recommend the place!
