A DIFFERENT offer from what the Romanian seaside offers. Huge yard, 140 trees, 6 parking spaces, perfect hygiene, peace, love of nature and plants. A lot of space for only a maximum of 8 visitors. Huge green space. Terrace, barbecue, picnic spot. It's only rented as a whole. For the cold season: heating in the cold season is with wood (and inverter air conditioners) and you will have to take care of it yourself.

Studio 5 Costinești

New studio, commissioned in the summer of 2025, located on the ground floor with its own garden, accommodation capacity 4 people, family with children or group of friends. The house has a kitchen equipped with a fridge, electric stove, air conditioning and tableware. The building in which it is located is on the seashore, next to the Epavei Evanghelia, in the immediate vicinity of the Beach Please festival area!

Cozy houses, each with an area of 21 sqm + 16 sqm terrace (partly shaded) are equipped with a bedroom with double bed, air conditioning, bathroom with shower, kitchenette equipped with dishes, mini fridge, stove, TV, Wi-Fi. In the living area with kitchenette there is a sofa or extendable bed. The maximum capacity is 3-4 people. The property is provided with generous private parking.
