Holiday houses in Tuxedo Park

Our stay at Starlight Serene was everything we hoped it would be! John was very responsive and helpful, especially as this was our first time using AirBnB. The pictures are very accurate, there were plenty of towels, linens, and a VERY well equipped kitchen - much more than we expected (or I have in my own house, I think!). Lots of nice bonuses to this place - my kids loved the firepit and there was wood on hand as well as a s'mores kit; the hot tub was warm and ready when we arrived. You are at the narrower end of the lake, but still a beautiful view with plenty of wildlife. The location is great - roughly 30ish minutes to Bear Mountain, Legoland, and the Palisades Center (which had tons of rainy-day fun for kids). We even rented a pontoon boat from Murphy's Cove Marina - Richie was really wonderful to us and our kids and they loved their first time boating and fishing on the lake. We had a big group stay at Anastasiya’s Airbnb and it was exactly as described. We also really enjoyed the table games in the home and the place was clean and very spacious. It was an easy check in and Anastasiya was very responsive throughout the entire process. It was also very close to Shawnee Mountain which was where we went to snowboard during the weekend. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for an Airbnb!

I cannot say enough about this home. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with beautiful views, this is the place for you. Hosts were extremely helpful & very quick to respond. We got lucky with beautiful weather and got to enjoy the lake but, stargazing in the jacuzzi at night was a perfect touch. We seriously loved every bit of this home and would love to return one day!! We had a terrific time. It’s a lovely home- 20 min from Shawnee mountain and steps away from an indoor/outdoor pool facility (depends on weather), sledding hill and small skiing hill with ski lift. I would absolutely stay here again- and highly recommend for anyone with young kids looking to teach them to ski. Very very convenient. The hosts were available for questions and were friendly/flexible. Incredible customer service. We will be back!

Ursula's condo at Hunter is a nice spacious place for a small family / group to spend the weekend or longer. It is about a 4 minute walk to the Briar Patch Ski Trail at Hunter from this condo's front door. Each of the bedrooms has 1 queen bed and a 1 roll out folding twin bed with a foam mattress. The place is very clean, well equipped, and nicely maintained. We had an issue with the heat while we were there and Ursula was quick to get a tech to come check it out and solve the problem. Thanks again !

This was the best Airbnb I ever stayed in , very clean , perfect location, easy to get in , it really was Great i recommend this place to anyone comming skiing/ snowboarding for a couple days

Lockwood Lodge is a beautiful and peaceful place in a perfect location. Our families loved watching the snow come down from the big windows, the view is spectacular. Our kids loved the vintage video game consoles, the grownups loved the records and games/puzzles, and we all felt right at home in the lovely house. It was a perfect spot to hunker down in the snow storm. Jeremy was incredibly responsive and thoughtful and did much to make sure our stay was perfect. We hope to visit again in the summer to take advantage of the pool, which must be really special against the backdrop of that view.

Everything was amazing! The house is bigger than it looks in pictures. The kitchen is very well equipped. Bedrooms are spacious and everything was super clean, I really enjoyed my stay here

Beautiful property and wonderful hosts who were so accommodating as to drive out to fix the internet for the one member of our group who needed to unfortunately work during our stay. Accommodations were basic and comfortable, which were expected and perfect for our group. We were there on the first chilly weekend of fall and able to spend both nights around the cozy wood stove during the evening and the dock during the day. The lakefront community is beautiful and I hope we can return with our dogs during the summer to take advantage of swimming and kayaking next year.
