Burt Lake and Mullett Lake access is 5 minutes away and downtown Indian River is at your fingertips! Brand new (May 2024) patio/fire pit in the back yard.

Downtown Indian River is walkable and has everything you need too!If you are hoping for some time at the lake, Burt Lake and Mullett Lake are minutes away! You can access the beach with a kayaks or take a short drive to the public beach. In the winter, we are close to a few ski resorts and right on the snowmobile trail!
