The Flambeau Hideaway, located 20 minutes outside of Mercer, WI, is our 3 bedroom, 2 bath cabin that sits on the shores of Lake Bastine, one of the original lake basins located on the west-central portion of Turtle Flambeau Flowage. The Flowage consists of over 14,000 acres &over 90% of the surrounding land is state owned & undeveloped; which gives off that true wilderness feel. So many outdoor activities! That’s the beauty of the Northwoods - snowmobiling, skiing, fishing, hiking LIST GOES ON!

A 10-15 Min drive from town of Mercer with shopping, restaurants, parks and live music! ATV and Snowmobile trail access. Public boat launch 1/2 mile down the road. A short drive can take you to beautiful Winman bike paths or river tubing and an hour north you can find amazing UP ski hills! Accommodates 4 adults comfortably and VERY family friendly!

Built in 2022/2023 this cabin is located right on the Manitowish River with 750 ft of frontage right off Highway 51 about 3 miles south of Mercer and 7 miles north of Manitowish Waters. The Manitowish River runs into the Bear River which is why the resort is named Twin Rivers Resort. We are located right by the snowmobile, UTV/ATV and hiking/biking trails. You can easily visit small local towns with bars, restaurants and shopping.
