Holiday rentals with beach access in Turks and Caicos Islands

Ocean Orchid was absolutely amazing. My family (wife, 4 y/o and 3 mos old), plus grandparents, stayed here for a full week. Nearby beach is super peaceful (like no one ever) and great for little kids. The backyard pool and sandpit was a big hit with our oldest, who just couldn't get enough of the table in the water and the big boat. Won't lie, I had fun watching the fish from the infinity pool. Karen was a wonderful host. Went above and beyond A+ hospitality. Upon arrival, there were some great snacks. She even went out and got us some super soft linens and an infant bath chair for our baby. All in all, would highly recommend staying here. Great location if you want to be away from the hussle and bussle, but still 15-20 minute to anything on the island, clean and always cool inside. Views were great from the decks (yes, two decks). If this is available during your travels, don't hesitate.

We had such a peaceful time here. Bright sunlit unit with ocean views and comfortable new looking fit out. Owner mentioned to us he had just put in a brand new AC and definitely appreciated how well it worked after some struggles with another unit. And Mike was so friendly and responsive. Thanks for letting us stay at your beautiful condo, we hope to visit again!

Eddy was very responsive and helpful, the space was clean and had everything you need (including beach chairs and an umbrella), pool was clean and never crowded, the condo complex was quiet and within an easy drive to restaurants, beaches, and the marinas.

Faith Anne and Ed’s home away from home was just that! The space was perfect! It is in a great location and extremely clean! Faith Anne and Ed were also the most AMAZING hosts! From saving us (very last minute) from a disaster place, to offering us great resources, tips on local spots and activities to just wonderful conversation, they were phenomenal! They made us feel very welcome with every interaction! They truly love the island and are, plain and simple, great people! They were super quick with communication and are just a hop skip or jump away if we needed anything at all! The property is not far from anything (hard to be on an island) but it still felt secluded and very safe! I will 100% be back, and would not even consider looking into another Airbnb! My friend and I loved everything about our stay, especially our hosts! I can’t forget the very friendly “guard” dog was the icing on the cake for welcoming us each time we would arrive “home”!

Brads place was a an ideal location for our stay in North Caicos. His co-host, Regine, sent us a lot of useful information in order to best prepare is for our stay. She also met us at the ferry dock and we followed her in our rental car to the property. Regine showed us around and gave us a brief orientation of the condo as well. The property itself is just as described and sits on a beautiful, secluded beach. We felt spoiled with the beauty that surrounded us and were sad to leave. The bedrooms were spacious with AC and beds were comfy. We especially enjoyed sitting in the living room with the screened patio door open so we could hear the sounds of the ocean. Don't hesitate to book of you're looking for a spot on North Caicos. You won't regret it.

Extremely last minute stay and Anthony’s did not disappoint! Less than a 10 minute walk to Grace Bay Beach! Would 100% recommend to anyone looking to enjoy Turks and Caicos. I will be back!

We had a great stay here. The location was convenient and it was walking distance to the beach! The condo also came stocked with nearly everything you'd need for a beach day (beach chairs, floaties, umbrellas, cooler bag) which was a very nice addition. The property manager was also very responsive and helpful.

What a wonderful gem! The location is absolutely perfect! Description was spot on, a 1 minute walk to one of the prettiest beaches on the island! We are a family of 5 (3 kids age 8,9,12)…all the pool and beach toys and accommodations were perfect for a day at the beach (paddle board, wagon, chairs and umbrella)…there are a couple of beach bars and a restaurant at the other end of the beach, so you can walk down and grab drinks but walk back to the more private end of the beach. The house was great. Anything that popped up unexpectedly (example fire pit was out of propane) Amy was very quick to resolve. Kids all had their own space but we could cook and play game on the balconies as a family. Washer and dryer for laundry was used every day for kids stuff, which was very convenient. Plenty of beach towels for beach and pool days. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to enjoy TCI.

We absolutely loved our stay! It was described perfectly. We did rent a car but would have been completely fine without it. The property was extremely clean and we had everything that we could have needed. The patio was the perfect place to have dinner and hang out with the family in the evenings. Coffee shops, restaurants, grocery store, and the beach were a really quick walk. I would highly recommend this property for small families and/or a small group of friends. Just returned from eight days at Nina and Dale's beautiful home. From the time of booking throughout our stay, Nina and Dale were very responsive to all communications. The home is lovely, and the photos of the property are very accurate. It was easy to find from the hosts' detailed instructions, and we felt very safe there. The beds and pillows were comfortable; the air conditioning was cold; ample towels and toiletries are provided; and we particularly appreciated their reverse osmosis 5-gallon water cooler! We didn't use the pool, but we did enjoy the outdoor shower & spigot to rinse off before going in the house. The keypad for entry worked flawlessly, and the gate remote was very convenient. Several grocery stores are a few minutes' drive away, and we had everything we needed in the kitchen for cooking/grilling. Bight Reef/Coral Gardens was a few minutes walk, and the home is also very close to Grace Bay and Smith's Reef. Really an all positive experience. Thank you!

It’s hard to put into words what an amazing trip we had and how much this wonderful place contributed to that. It was quiet, private, and even had a private beach within walking distance. Everything you needed for cooking was in the kitchen, and the rooms are nicely separated for privacy. Our favorite part was Soldier, our island dog, who loved to walk us to the beach every day and was waiting for us when we woke up. The location of this place was great and that it is close to grocery shopping, the airport and some cute restaurants. We will definitely plan to visit again. Great place with great hosts!

Sea la vie is a quiet and relaxing place. The unit is as advertised and super clean. The long bay beach is a few minutes walk from the property has beautiful sunrise, paddle board, kayaks, portable chairs and umbrella are complementary by sea la vie.Majid the Host was helpful to answer any question we had.

My sister and I stayed here and Bryan’s place was a gem. He had everything you could possibly need to be comfortable on your trip and more. Close to Grace Bay Beach which was great! It was also peaceful and surrounded by beautiful plants. Thank you!

Ulma’s place was perfect! The central location to everything was great since we went everywhere. At the house they had beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, snorkel gear and quite a bit of other items we did not use. The pool was basically right out the back gate! The AC worked wonderfully, the house was stocked with everything we needed, it was incredibly clean, and the lay out for us was great. Highly recommend staying here!!

We had a fantastic stay! The location is excellent—just a few minutes' walk to a beautiful, quiet beach with TCI’s turquoise waters, plus shops for groceries, clothes, and gifts and several restaurants, including an excellent Italian spot. The complex is beautiful, with lush gardens and a gorgeous pool that we often had to ourselves. The unit was clean, well-decorated, and exceptionally well-equipped. The kitchen had every appliance and tool imaginable, along with items like tea, coffee, spices, condiments, paper towels, soap, and laundry detergent—far more than other guests we spoke to, who had none of these conveniences. We also had umbrellas and shelter for the beach, avoiding high rental fees, plus coolers and inflatables for the pool. We loved the ground-floor location, making it easy to wander in and out to the pool, and its peaceful spot at the end of the complex. In our opinion, it's the best unit in the complex. Amazing accommodation in a perfect location. Highly recommend!

My family and I have stayed at a number of AirBnb's (and before that VRBO's!) over the years and I can honestly say that this was the best one yet. Jennifer's place has been meticulously arranged. Everything possible was considered for fun in the sun, as well as comfort and ease within the space. From the floating hammocks to the plush linens, to her extensive guide book, Jennifer thought of everything one could need to have an incredible vacation and make lifelong memories. I really hope to come back someday! Thank you Jennifer!

This place was absolutely beautiful. It was very close to the restaurants and Grace Bay Beach and everything you need. The shower was amazing. The rental property is up-to-date modern gorgeous space I recommend this place 100%. I will be staying here the next time I come back to Turks. My only recommendation is to rent a car for a day or two that way you can move around as you please. Taxis are very hard to come by and at night it’s dark and the walk can feel-far. We rented a car on the last day and it made the stay 10000% better. Love this Airbnb! Had everything we needed ! Awesome stay !

Mark’s place was the perfect fit for us! It’s quiet and peaceful, you can see a bit of the ocean from within the studio through the patio. Mark provided great recommendations and was super proactive with all of my questions. It was also great that we got to use the snorkel fins and beach chairs they provided.

great location, can walk to Baci, Shark Bite and Mango reef restaurants and more. Walk to Smith Reef for snorkeling, and only 10 minute or so drive to Grace Bay area. Beach supplies provided and you can also walk straight to Bight Beach out in front of resort. Room was very nice with a patio and has a pool 2 stories up with great views of sunset. Very pleasant stay, I would recommend!

Just as advertised. Clean and very close to Smith Reef Beach. as others have mentioned, a car is a must. we had a great trip.
