Modern apartment with sea view

Super cosy apartment with a great view and remote working space area located on 19th floor of 20 story premium building. Only two dollars away from the city center with an uber while nearest metro station is 15 min away with walk. Brand new Gym and big supermarket in the area of residental complex and large playground designed for the families with kids. two large park nearby one of them is the biggest of the town. Great option for long term stays in a secure area with 24 hours cam surveillance.

Our modern spacious flat is exactly what you need to have a great time in Baku! It is just 1 minute away from bus station and 2 minutes away (by bus) from metro stations which can take you anywhere (one-way ticket costs only $0.20 in both metro). As there is a direct, wide road to the city center from the apartment, it is at most 15 minutes to go to the city center by taxi (which costs around $2). I cannot thank Artyom enough! He is an incredibly kind and thoughtful host. My elderly parents got stranded in Baku for two days, and Artem went above and beyond to support them. He allowed us to book fewer nights without any issue, offered early check-in, and even picked them up from the airport personally. During their stay, he regularly checked in on them, drove them around, and helped them navigate everything from ticket changes to airport logistics. His support gave me peace of mind during a very stressful time. Truly an outstanding host and a wonderful human being!

This place was absolutely stunning! we enjoyed every bit of our stay here. Indeed the highlight of our Azerbaijan vacation. The property was spotless, clean and all amenities were perfectly available. Best part was our care takers Elmaaz and Kama who took very good care of and made us feel right at home.

My stay at this apartment in Baku was truly delightful! The location is incredibly convenient, just steps from the metro, with a quick 20-minute ride to the city center. The apartment itself is cozy, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything needed for a great stay. It’s remarkably quiet at night, and the bed was super comfortable. The host was exceptionally hospitable and responsive, making the experience even better. Highly recommend!

Stayed from August 22 to September 2, 2024 with the family The house fully corresponds to all the photos, had a wonderful rest, Azerbaijan is a wonderful country of contrasts, and the hosts of this house - a low bow and gratitude for answering all questions, taking and helping with everything!  A clean and deep pool, a large courtyard (a lot of plants, trees), responsive Rustam (Ayla's uncle) who was always nearby and drove to the store at any time, met and then drove to the airport, was able to lend the necessary amount of manat for the first time , convenient location - 30-40 minutes to the center of Baku, 10-15 minutes walk to two beaches, all the necessary shops and establishments, the house has all the necessary amenities, including air conditioning in each room, two bathrooms Keep in mind that the house is large and you occupy only the second floor, as indicated in the questionnaire, however, the ground floor is not empty - Rustam lived on it (maybe only on our arrival) - for someone it may be a disadvantage
