Decorato con arredi ed oggettistica pregiati, ceramiche e biancheria ricercate, un set di cortesia esclusivo frutto del lavoro dei migliori artigiani locali. E' possibile assaporare la prima colazione con caffè, thè, biscotti e marmellate presenti nel nostro Relais; oppure quella internazionale presso un Caffè convenzionato con la nostra struttura, nella nota "Piazza del Popolo".

Posta in pieno centro e nei rioni Sassi di Matera, questa abitazione del 1800 conserva la struttura originaria del fabbricato ma è dotata di tutti i comfort moderni e di aria condizionata. E' piena di luce e offre una fantastica vista sui Sassi godibile dal caratteristico balcone dove poter cenare o fare colazione. Sono disponibili a pochi minuti a piedi parcheggi su strada sia gratuiti che a pagamento e parcheggi custoditi a pagamento che per l'intera giornata costano da 10 € a 25 €.

Local trullari masters have revived this magical place using local techniques and materials. The result is a private property where you can spend a real experience. From the zero-km fruit and vegetables of our organic garden to the jogging path in the countryside where there are 1950 native plants and 45 olive trees. From the intimate SPA usable in both summer and winter to the majestic gazebo allocated on the farmyard where once the wheat was beaten. Alberobello is only 1.5 km away.

Quercus: Apartment with terrace

"Quercus" is a 19th century building, located in the historic center of Alberobello, within the magnificent setting of the trulli (typical local buildings and UNESCO heritage site). The apartment consists of two double bedrooms, each with a private and independent bathroom, and a kitchenette. One of the two rooms has a terrace from which to admire the trulli of the "rione monti" and "aia piccola". Quercus will make you savor the atmosphere and flavors of a one-of-a-kind land.
