Separate apartment in a new family house

A cozy separate apartment with a fireplace in a new family house is located in the village of Sučany, just a few minutes from the city center, ski resorts, beautiful nature suitable for hiking, biking, mushrooming, fishing, or swimming in natural or aquaparks. You will sit in warm weather in a garden with the possibility of barbecue, or in cold weather by the fireplace, use an infrared sauna for 2 people. Travel cot (3rd person), massage services are also available. Infrasauna and wood is 5€ /day fee.

I am offering a new, cozy apartment in the town part of Průkopa. Nearby there are grocery, restaurant, wine shop, railway station. Nearby is the Firefighting Museum and the SIM Area. In summer it is possible to visit the swimming pool in Vrútky, or a few kilometers distant Lipovecké lakes. The uvea Mediklinik Eye Clinic is just a 10-minute walk away. Companies such as VW, ECCO, MAR SK, GGB Slovakia can be reached in about 8 minutes by car. There is free parking right in front of the building.

New Apartment South terraces- with private jacuzzi

The apartment is near the city of Žilina (10 min. by car), offers a large kitchen, a cozy living room and beautiful surroundings. The apartment is located in a new building, it is fully equipped, furnished with new furniture. It also offers a spacious terrace with a gas barbecue grill (free for guests). The private jacuzzi is located in the room, right next to the apartment. The price for the jacuzzi is 35€/4h. A cot is also available. For stays longer than three nights, guests receive a gift.

"NaCasinha" stands for: in a cosy little house

If you want perfect privacy and cottage like charming atmosphere in the centre of a small town then our little "cazinha" - chalet is the one you are looking for ... Everything is on walking distance including the Billa supermarket and some fine restaurants or bars. Ruzomberok has a strategic location, you are not far from Malino Brdo orJasna ski centre and there are quite many wellness centres located on a short distance from the town, such as Tatralandia, Besenova or Gotal in Liptovska Osada.

Štúdio Helena v centre

Zrekonštruované štúdio sa nachádza v centre mesta v budove na treťom poschodí v podkroví. Štúdio je zariadené tak, aby bola oddelená nočná časť od dennej. Súčasťou štúdia je samostatná kúpeľňa s toaletou. Kuchyňa je vybavená vstavanou chladničkou, indukčnou prenosnou varnou doskou a základným riadom. V kúpeľni sú hosťom k dispozícii uteráky a osušky. V cene ubytovania je aj posteľné prádlo. Do centra sa dostanete peši za 3 minúty. V štúdiu, ako aj v celej budove, je zákaz fajčenia.

V blízkosti sa nachádza náš druhý objekt, ale neobávajte sa straty súkromia, chata je orientovaná tak, aby sa hostia stretli nanajvýš na spoločnom parkovisku.

Malá Praha in the center of Žilina

To save money on hotels, I renovated in 2012 the second apartment in the basement of our house to offer accommodation to artists and performers coming to Stanica & Nová synagóga art centres where I work. When it is free, travelers and tourists are welcome. We are in the town centre, in great neighborhood called Mala Praha (Little Prague), close to everything and quiet in the same time. I really like hosting guests.

Apartment is a separate building in the common courtyard. It is situated in a centre of village. Vrátna valley is located cca 6km and Janošíkové diery cca 2-3 km. Near to apartment are bus station, grocery, restaurants Address: Vrátňanská cesta 1299. In the yard there are two houses. The first has number 475.

Green house in a foothill village

The house is located in the village of Šútovo in front of the entrance to the National Park Mala Fatra. It's great location for a tourist. Its advantage is the lake where you can get a short walk. You can also enjoy the beautiful surroundings on horseback.
