I preferentially look to stay at Célia's properties because they are as described, the location is great, and her communication is easily the best I've ever encountered in all of my travels. P.S. If you're staying at Duo JK, don't forget to try the local cuisine. Day Off cafe has great breakfast, and Dai has great pizza!

Since check-in, until check-out, we do not have the q reclamar, an apartment that would live well! A grace of apartment, clean, well tidy, complete and ajadissimo! We had a problem with the shower and I was quickly answered and everything was solved! I will definitely return!

My husband and I rented for four nights the flat of Tania, which was very clean when we arrived. There is a practical kitchen with some utensils available for quick meals. The bed is comfortable and the split air conditioner is new and quiet. There is a balcony in the apartment, from where we can see the sunrise. The bathroom is a very good size, with a great shower. We like the spacious garage, and easy to maneuver. There are carts available for the guest to load their luggage. The service at the concierge for check in is fast. We must only fill in a file with the details of the guests and the vehicle. The location is very good. There is a pharmacy, restaurant and a supermarket of the Savegnago network close to the building. Thank you, Tânia, for your kindness with us. See you next time!

The ap. is perfect. All brand-new, very tasteful and functioning perfectly. The location is top, better than we expected. The bed, shower, pillows, utensils, everything of great quality. Maria Christina is very kind and easy to communicate, we only have to thank you. Our pet looks great and has a beautiful little town in front of the ap. The building is quiet, cozy and the automation of access makes a big difference. For sure will be our location in Uberlândia!

The house is simply wonderful, way better than in the pictures! It exceeded all our expectations. The decoration is of extreme good taste, with new, modern and high quality furniture and utensils. Special highlight for the leisure area, with an incredible pool, heated and perfect for relaxing! We took our four chihuahuas, who also took advantage of every corner of the house. It was great to be able to travel with them and see how comfortable they were. Maria is an exceptional host: always available, attentive and full of good tips, especially about the region's parks. City made us feel completely at home. At check-out, we had the pleasure of meeting Stevan, owner of the house, who was equally kind and personally came to know what our experience was like. I recommend this house with closed eyes for those who wish to live unforgettable moments with family or friends. We're definitely going back!

Well-equipped, air-conditioned house, all the information was sent in advance. The house has conditions for long stays and is located close to good trades such as markets and pharmacies. We were treated very kindly and for activity.

Since it was a last-minute request, I reached out directly to the compact that gave me Larissa's phone number that handles Airbnb reservations. She let me know that the owner of this listing apartment had not released the reservation for the weekend I needed, but promptly offered me another very good apartment and well located in the DuoJK building. I really enjoyed the stay in this other apartment, which was well equipped and clean, just making the caveat that, for those who bring a small pet, you need to be careful with the gap between the balcony baseboard and the guardrail, as a small pet easily passes through the gap (and the apt is on the 15th floor).

The apartment is excellent! The parking space is close to the apartment, and the view from the rooms overlooks the pool. I went with family and we had a great time. In addition, the apartment is located near a supermarket and one of the most beautiful parks in the city. I loved it and hope to be back soon!

Simply perfect! The experience was amazing from start to finish. The space is exactly as in the photos – super clean, well decorated, cozy and with all the details thought out with affection. The location is great, and communication with the host was always quick and thoughtful. I felt at home and would definitely come back other times. I recommend with my eyes closed!

My stay was great, I spent two very quiet weeks in the apartment. The house was clean, the kitchen was well equipped with plenty of utensils, pans and appliances, a tidy room with air conditioning, rooms with a fan. In addition, we were well received by Gislaine and hostess Jackeline was very flexible with schedules and other things, also responded quickly and helped me whenever I needed it.
