This cabin is charmingly beautiful. Whitney has done a great job maintaining the historical charm while updating it with everything you need for a relaxing and peaceful stay. Our main reason for our visit was to tour IU’s campus with our oldest but also have a relaxing weekend. We loved that this cabin was close enough to campus that it was easy to get to, but it was peaceful and quiet at night. We were close to some great hiking spots at Hoosier National Forrest. Climbing to the top of the fire tower is a must, especially during peak color time in the fall. We had a great time kayaking on Lake Monroe and again the fall colors were beautiful. Everything you need for a relaxing weekend is at the cabin from a kitchen stocked with cookware and utensils, to board games, a fire pit, a nice patio to eat at, washer and dryer if you need to do laundry, and even a nice claw foot tub for a relaxing bubble bath. We could definitely see this lovely, charming cabin being a place to stay again!

All I wanted was a peaceful night in with my two daughters and I got exactly that. We were able to cook together and watch a movie. There were even cards there and my daughter loves Uno so we played many rounds of that. We were also so lucky to see the most beautiful blue jay and a goldfinch off of the beautiful back patio space. I would recommend this space to anyone.

Tammy was an amazing host! We had a girls trip and our stay at a cozy cabin was exactly what we were looking for! Plus with the cabin being pet friendly, it made less to worry about getting to share our space/trip with the floofs! She was such a gracious host, if we had any questions or concerns Tammy and her husband resolved any issues immediately! The cabin was so peaceful and cozy! Definitely recommend checking out her stay!

The stay at Atlas View was awesome! The view from the porch was gorgeous we had the opportunity to see some wildlife and it was very peaceful and relaxing

Beautiful place! Expansive lake views and very peaceful and quiet. Great value overall, I'd definitely stay here again.

This is the perfect place for a young family! There is plenty of open floor space for playing, and the bedrooms are large enough for a pack and play (or two!) We enjoyed our stay very much.

One of the best Airbnbs I've stayed in! Sid's place is spotless and has everything you need, and he's a wonderful host. His knowledge of the Knobstone trail is amazing! If I'm in need of a place to stay near Salem in the future, I wouldn't look anywhere else first.
