An attractive, contemporary apartment in a prime sea front location enjoying views over the stunning coastline with off road parking. Just a short walk to the historic harbor and town center. Within easy walking distance to the towns wide range of restaurants, pubs and shops, and the Landmark Theatre. There is a spacious and stylish open-plan living room with balcony with magnificent sea views, a modern kitchen and a lovely double bedroom which has its own balcony with views towards the harbor.

It is a perfect couple getaway bolthole for those wishing a peaceful retreat. 100yds further up the footpath brings you out onto Portland Street with a 2min walk to the High Street. The flat has it's own small garden at the front, with great views over the harbour, and a small courtyard off of the living room with pot plants and herbs growing for your culinary use when dining in.
