Waterfront holiday rentals in Tunisia

The apartment is very nice, but it needs some finishes, you have to be elastic on the small bites, such as the noise of the air conditioners in the basement rooms, or the bathroom that leaks from the shower and floods the floor and if you leave open, whistle type of car alarm. Small things we serenely overflew over the groceries. Very high bed pillows and incomplete kitchen supplies and some to fix. We, however, really liked the house, there were 7 of us and we appreciated the proximity to the sea, the tranquility and care of the staff in turning off the outdoor lights in the morning, opening and closing the gates to the sea in the morning and evening and removing the water from the common side when it rained.

Sassia’s apartment is beautiful, and I had a lovely, restorative stay. The space has a gorgeous balcony with a lookout over the ocean, and the sunrises are phenomenal. The apartment is clean, cozy, and well stocked with essentials. Most of all, Sassia and Houcine make sure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommend!!

The apartment is beautiful, very large, superb view, quiet, very functional. Parking in the basement is a plus. I will come back without hesitation.

Very clean and well located apartment by the sea. The entrance is self-contained and Ridha is responsive, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Recommended!

After a roadtrip through all of Tunisa - this was by far the best place I stayed at. Apartment is perfect, clean and has everything you need and more. Great restaurants, cafes and shops right outside the door. Khaled and his father are also great hosts - 10/10!!

Karim’s place is so great. It’s the best place I’ve stayed in Djerba. It’s super spacious, clean, and peaceful. And the decoration inside is also great. And Karim is always helpful with every requirement I asked. Really enjoyed staying there. Me and my cat had really a great and lovely time there for more than one month. Definitely recommend his place.

I had a great time at this amazing one-bedroom villa; it was even better than I expected! As soon as I walked in, I was welcomed by the cosy and gentle vibe. The inside was nicely designed with modern furniture and special details that gave it a comfortable, homely vibe. The living space was roomy and cosy, just right for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. What a lovely bedroom! It's snug and elegant, with a comfy bed perfect for a good night's rest. On top of everything, the villa was spotlessly clean, making my stay even more relaxing. The views from the living room were exceptional! Plus, the host's attention to detail and the extras provided really took the experience up a notch! The kitchen had everything I needed to cook up a storm, from pots and pans to tools and gadgets. Plus, the villa included high-speed internet, which is great for keeping in touch and having fun while you're not out and about. My time in this villa was very outstanding!

At the end of April 2025, I spent 5 nights with my family (2 adults and 2 small children) in the accommodation and we felt very comfortable. The apartment is large and equipped as described. There are 2 terraces next to the balcony and in the entrance area of the courtyard a sink where you can rinse sand from your feet. Youssef is a friendly and accommodating host who is quick to respond to "difficulties" ( we had an issue with the washing machine) and find solutions. I recommend the place. Great location, minutes walk from the beach! Not too touristy so it’s nice and peaceful. Responsive host with clear instructions for check in. Lovely and spacious, there were only a few of us but could definitely fit 8 people comfortably - maybe even more!

Nice well furnished place right at the doorstep of Sidi Bou Said beach. Seif was a helpful and friendly host. To beae in mind if no car, an uphill walk to the nearest amenities including restaurants/supermarket. Overall great stay!

2nd time here after we got married last year in Dar Mabrouka. Wonderful location with beach and sea very close, 2 min walk to sea. Cozy villa with amazing views and flowers. Close to grocery stores, bars and restaurants. Foued and Carolina are highly recommended hosts

Conveniently located apartment, with two beautiful terraces with stunning sea views. The spacious room is equipped with a very comfortable king size bed, perfect for a relaxing stay. Downtown Monastir can be reached in 15-20 minutes on foot, and taxis pass regularly nearby to make it easier to get around. Our host, Wided, was exemplary throughout our stay. Very responsive, she quickly involved a professional to resolve a window issue, and even took the initiative to bring us a coffee maker as soon as we reported her absence. His availability and attention really made a difference and helped to make our stay enjoyable. The apartment has a lot of charm and great potential; only a refresh of the kitchen would make it more sublimate. This has not tainted our experience, thanks to the hospitality and care provided by Wided.

The host was very nice and accommodating person. He was answering very fast on our messages. The apartment met our expectations and was exactly how is the description in the app. Fully equipped with all the amenities that one family need for long stay there. I recommend with bought hands and I hope will visit the place again soon!

Great stay! The location is perfect, in the heart of the port, which makes getting around very easy. Imane is extremely responsive and flexible. We arrived late, but she waited for us with a smile. I highly recommend this listing for a carefree stay.

This was a great place to stay, far enough from the overly touristy places to get a proper experience of Tunisia, and close enough for a comfortable stay. The beach is right there.
