C'est un très beau studio en rez-de-jardin, alliant charme et modernité. Son accès est indépendant et se fait par le jardin: un havre de calme et de verdure .. .à quelques mètres seulement des commerces et restaurants, dans le quartier résidentiel d'El Menzah. Toutes sortes de commodités dans l'entourage immédiat : pressing, cafés, restaurants, les très bonnes patisseries Gourmandise et le Gourmet sont a 2 mn a pied etc ... L' aéroport de Tunis Carthage est à 7 mn en voiture Vous êtes à 18 kms de la Marsa de Sidi Bou Said et de la plage Pas de problème de parking devant la maison il y'a toujours de la place ! La station de bus ou de métro aérien est à 10 mn à pied. Sinon il est facile de trouver des taxis ! Le studio offre tout le confort . My apartment is in the city center, next to shops, public transport and close to Avenue Habib Bourguiba. It is decorated in a unique and warm style with lots of books. It has two comfortable beds, as well as a modern bathroom and separate toilet. Kitchen is open, modern and well-equipped. There is a balcony where you can enjoy the "golden hour" and a view of the city.
