Our quaint house sleeps 6, with the option of 2 king single beds in our upstairs loft or a Super King sized bed options. Please advise for your stay. Ducted heating and cooling for all seasons. Our home is a 5 minute walk to our main shopping area and a quick stroll to the Tumut Brewery for their boutique beers and a bite to eat.

The lounge room has three long windows facing the private front garden, BBQ, outdoor setting and a lovely shady tree. I am ideally located at the northern end of the Snowy Mountains to explore and enjoy all the region has to offer. Our immediate surrounds offer fantastic views, great bird watching and fishing. this hidden paradise is located in town but... a spacious lawn and a beautiful creek gives an outdoorsy feel to the property. The Tumut river which is only walking distance away is great for fishing, but if your not into fishing you could enjoy a lovely walk along the river. Another bonus of this property is that being located in town means most shops are just a walk away. So with all the benefits it's hard to resist this getaway.

The location was beautiful. We wished we could have stayed longer. Anyone with mobility issues (I have a bad knee) be aware of 2 steps from lounge to hall and kitchen when constantly moving around the lovely large home. The super comfortable king bed was divine after a long day of travel.

Our cottage was cozy, comfortable, clean, and had great views of the river. We really enjoyed the getaway because of being surrounded by nature and access to the river in front of our cottage. It was a really great spot to swim and take our fur baby there to play and swim, she loved it too. Big thanks to the hosts, we hope to come back and will definitely recommend this place to others who are headed this way.
