Waterfront holiday rentals in Tumaraa

Anna is very kind, the apartment was amazing, very clean. The beds, sheets, towels, everything, a very nice aroma. From my bedroom I could see my children playing and swimming in the pool. There's a magnificent jacuzzi. My children had dinner with Anne and her husband, both very friendly and the food was exquisite. Breakfast was the best, the food was a mix between Tahiti and France. Waking up in the morning was magnificent, with a beautiful sunrise that I could see from my room and the balcony. There are beds on the seashore to rest, plenty of space for a lot of people. The bedrooms are air-conditioned, which is perfect because it's sometimes very hot in Polynesia. Perfect internet access. A silence and tranquility where we could hear the sea all the time and that kept me very relaxed. Important point, this pension also rents cars and this is very practical. The guesthouse is very close to the airport and with many restaurants and pizzerias nearby. We'll be back soon.

We stayed only for 2 nights, wish we could stay longer. Only 8 min walk from ferry. Louise's apartment was great, clean, has everything you need. Highly recommended.

A wonderful time spent in Raiatea. Anne and Luke were very welcoming, and their place was perfect! A great place to remember. We hope to return soon and taste Luke's famous Belgian fries again (a treat!).

Great host! we stay unfortunately just for 1 night but it was a great experience. we arrived early in the morning and even if the check in time was in the afternoon we stayed in the private beach, having great breakfast and using all the host facilities. dinner was also great! last but not least, price is really good!

We stayed with Stéphanie for the full time in Raiatea, it was such a beautiful place, interior (nicely decorated) as well as exterior. She cares for her garden (More beautiful than the public botanical garden if you ask me) the steep decent to the house gives you an amazing view of the bay, and you have comfortable furniture on her private small beach to take the view in closely. We went for one of the best kayak trips we had in French Polynesia! Although English isn't her strongest side Stéphanie was informative, helpful and very friendly. We strongly recommend this place - it's a perfect fit to an enjoyable holiday! Be mindful that it gets rather hot in European comparison (the sea brease doesn't pass the apartment and the ceiling fans aren't quite as effective as AC. However, windows and the sliding doors are well-equipped with Mosquito net so you can have it all open 24/7 (Fantastic)

I had a lovely stay at Amina's! The accommodation is very clean and new. Access to the pool and terrace is a real plus for relaxing at the end of the day. I recommend it!

We had an amazing stay at this apartment, everything was absolutely perfect: the tranquility, the location, the infinity pool and the amenities offered. This place is a real cocoon nestled in the middle of Bora Bora. Thanks again to Amina's husband for her hospitality and valuable advice, we will come back without hesitation on a future trip 🌺🌺 The cats sometimes present on the premises were a real pleasure and are absolutely not disturbing on the contrary!

Very well located studio in Vaitape, close to the dock. The main room is spacious. The bed is extremely comfortable. There are all the necessary utensils in the kitchen, even a few spices (salt, pepper, herbs, oil...). The air conditioning and washing machine are very convenient. I enjoyed my stay in the studio.

We had an amazing 3-night stay with Nicolas & Honey. The house is beautifully decorated and cozy, with plenty of relaxing spots like hammocks and beach chairs. The private beach is just steps away, and the view of the water from the kitchen and back porch was incredible. The property felt very secluded and peaceful, with friendly dogs and well-kept grounds. A huge plus was the A/C — not common everywhere and made for super comfortable nights. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook, which made things easy since there aren’t many dining options on the island. Laundry was also convenient. Nicolas was an awesome host — he offered to take us snorkeling on his boat and gave us a tour of his nearby vanilla farm. Both he and Honey were welcoming, kind, and respectful of our space. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back if we get the chance!

Samuel was very welcoming and took care in showing us the place and any questions we had. Samuel is super friendly and kind, we felt very well looked after and his local recommendations were very helpful. Samuel was also very generous to us and without a doubt the best Host we’ve ever had! We loved staying here and found location was great to either go to Matira or town Mauruuru Roa

We loved our stay with Cathy. The house is very nice. The weather was not in the game so we couldn't kayak to the motu offered by our host. The bedding was very comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped. The garden, terrace and dock are very well appointed. The house is well secured. The many caravans as well as shops are close by. In the evening, rays and black spot sharks (harmless) pass in front of the bungalow. A real show!!! In short! Only compliments on this place and this hostess.

Great stay, beautiful location very nice perfectly equipped fare, the owners who live next door are adorable. A stone's throw from Fish and Blue restaurant, amazing spot for sunsets:) Vehicle rental with impeccable Up & Go, awesome Taha'a tour with Flo and Teva, fishing trip with Kenzo de Catch and Cook, everything contributed to a dream stay.

You will love this location. There is a coral reef right off the dock where you can snorkle and see all the colorful fish. We were able to have the tour companies pick us up for our excursions. We highly reccomend Noè Plantier for 4x4 island tour. Noè grew up on the island and we had an amazing day. Noè can be reached on face book vanilla 4x4 botanical excursions. We also highly recomend Nui with Watercolor fishing. Nui offers fishing excursions as well as water tours around the island.You can find him on face book watercolor sailing. I cant post contact details here but I will on other travel sites. Please note that you will need the host to arrage a taxi from the airport to the grocery store, and then arrange a water taxi to take you to the location. This will cost approx 23,000 xpf each way. Ensure to inquire about what essentials will be required for your stay including toilet paper and soap. The only transport is kyack or bikes if available to access the store.

Great access to the only public beach on island. Right next to plenty of restaurants and you can use bikes to get around. So clean and everything you need!!
