Really an excellent apartment that I would definitely return to and recommend. We moved with InDrive to get to the beaches and it was great and cheaper than the local taxis. 100% recommended 🤩

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION ! This place was a few steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world and the best part was that it was lonely ! Juan Luis was very attentive and such a great host ! Only negative comment was that there was hardly ever any hot water. But other than that, it was great !!

We had a wonderful family vacation in Akumal! The unit was perfect for us—traveling with our 9-year-old and 4-month-old baby, it had everything we needed. We enjoyed the pools and cooked great meals at the property. Also, the rooftop is perfect for sunset views! The hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive, and gave us a great recommendation for Beached Bikini, a nearby beach bar. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful and quiet getaway!

The place was beautiful and looked just like the pictures! The area is remote and on a dirt road approx 15-20 minutes from Tulum City which we were aware of! We enjoyed the peace and quiet. They have "door man" if you will in the building at all times for any building assistance. Jessy was very responsive!

This was a vacation 16 years in the making and we wanted it to be special. Three generations of our family would be traveling together and we need the accommodations to be better than good. We needed them to be remarkable. You read the descriptions and see the photos when deciding on a place to stay, and sometimes they are accurate enough. Jaclyn's photos and description of the property did not do it justice. The condo, the property, and the staff were so far beyond our expectations, I can't even begin to say enough. I don't think we've ever stayed anywhere in our years of traveling that I would make the comment that the gardens and the view alone were enough to warrant a 5-star review. All said, the condo was light, spacious, and comfortable. The decor was beautiful and displayed the talents of the local people. Everything you could need is provided. We'll never forget our stay at Jaclyn's little slice of paradise on the Riviera Maya. Hopefully we'll return again soon!

Exactly as advertised - this is a piece of paradise. Natalie was very helpful, and her suggestions were spot on. The private cenote tour she recommends is one of the greatest things our family has ever experienced. We rented an electric golf cart for our week stay, as one of our family members tires when walking in the heat. We drove it to restaurants every day and were glad for it, although without mobility issues no cart would be needed as everything is walkable. Such an incredible location. We loved the beach access, the snorkelling, the pool, the balcony, the easy walk to snorkel in the lagoon, and also with turtles. The house keepers kept the place spotless. We took Natalie's advice and pre-arranged a driver to pick us up at the airport, and we stopped for groceries on the way. If you plan to cook, pre-shopping is a must.

This home is a little slice of heaven. Just enough off the beaten path to be able to fully unwind. Home is so comfortable with everything you need. Beautiful surroundings, kind genuine people, nature. You can get a golf cart and so many activities and restaurants are minutes away. The restraint “la lunita” is right next to the pool in front of the condo. The food and drinks are tops. We have stayed here twice now. I hope to come many more times. My family agrees it’s has been one of the best vacations we have ever been on both times. 10 of 10 highly recommended.

This was a beautiful and peaceful home, with everything you could need close by! The hosts, Isaac and Viviana, made our trip even better with their quick responses and consistent support throughout our stay. I highly recommend staying here!

Place was beautiful great pool wonderful beach. A little out of the way so good idea to rent a car Paulina was very helpful in recommending a place to rent a car that was excellent and affordable. Had a blast very peacefully and just like the pictures.

Very relaxing place to stay. Away from the crowds and the “scene” - choose this place for a remote experience. The grounds were stunning. The groundskeeper was kind and helpful. The elevator was very handy and reliable. The private rooftop was incredible. There is a tiny modest grocery store in walking distance. The sheets were crisp and perfect. Beds are firm but comfortable!

Susana and her family are magnificent hosts! They are extremely responsible and quick to do so. There is such pride of ownership and it is evident in the immaculately clean and well-maintained condo. There wasn't a scratch or mark on any of the walls. It is well-equipped right down to a vegetable peeler! It's the first I haven't had to use our own as most condos neglect to provide something so important anyone who plans on cooking there. The location is perfect and our favorite in Akumal. I recently stayed at this Airbnb, and it definitely met my expectations! The beautiful surroundings matched the pictures perfectly, creating a serene atmosphere. The space was generally clean, although I did rewash the bathroom a bit more. The beds were comfortable and clean, which contributed to a restful stay. It's necessary to have a car to reach the location and to grab dinners or do any activities. Keep in mind that the roads are dirt, but that's quite common for Tulum. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, allowing for a peaceful getaway. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a tranquil retreat. I loved my stay and will definitely be returning!

We loved our stay. Amelia was very kind and welcoming. The interior was well appointed and very comfortable, and the grounds were well-maintained and accommodating. Very relaxing.

This is my second year coming to this magical breath taking camp. it's so peaceful with the most amazing staff you will encounter in all of Tulum. The location is great if you are looking for a relaxing recharge time. You are 15 min walk to the Ruins and the cutest fun market filled with local little shops and local ethnic food.

The location of this condo is great! We stayed with our two boys and felt like we had the best portion of the beach right in front of us. We explored the area as well and it was an easy drive to Tulum, Playacar, and several cenotes and ruins. Felipe was very responsive and helpful when we asked for a crib for our infant and the housekeeper, Karina, was very personable and a pleasure to meet. Absolutely loved our stay and would happily return!

Was a lovely place to stay! Great view of the beach and lovely pool. There’s a pool across the street in the other tower as well that you can use to chase the sun, or get away from the breezy beach. The rooftop pool was a plus! A car is a must. Host was very responsive and helpful.

We had a wonderful one-week stay in this place. It's very private, peaceful and safe - ideal to relax and enjoy the beautiful sunrise. The location was perfect - close to restaurants and cafes. The whole apartment was very clean and organized. We had a cleaning service that came daily to tidy things up. We didn't cook at this place but the kitchen has the basics. The host also provided us with drinkable water which it was Great to have access to. My only recommendation to this place will be to change the pillows, they were too flat and uncomfortable to sleep on.

The setting was beautiful and secluded. The house was very confortable and suited our family very well (grandparents, children and grandchildren). The house is well designed and well maintained. The meals prepared by Fran were excellent. The beach was great but for the algae which showed up at the end of our stay. The road to get there was quite a challenge. All in all a beautiful place to stay.
