It's a very comfortable place. There is good internet. The entrance to be done by Uber or car because it is a large building complex.

Juan is super friendly and is always available to help you or for any questions. The accommodation is in a private area about 2 minutes from a main avenue, access is easy, there is a shop nearby with the basics and you can leave your car in front without any problem. The room we got was on the ground floor near the front door, the patio is very nice and we really only heard the opening and closing of the gate. It's a small space, but it doesn't feel that way because they have everything very well organized, it matches the photos and has the basics so you can have a pleasant stay (utensils, oven, mini fridge, cleaning supplies, etc.) I was worried about the hot water, but it was great. Maybe I'd just add a small table in case someone wants to have dinner or breakfast to make it more comfortable, but for us it wasn't necessary. I would definitely come back.

Excellent customer service. You won't find a better host

My stay was amazing! The host was so helpful and super quick to respond with any questions or concerns we had. My mom and I loved its location since it was safe and places were walkable. The apartment itself was secure and beautiful!

Great place for the value. We liked the neighborhood and thought it was quiet and safe and off the busier roads yet such a short walk to all the coolest and trendiest spots in Roma Norte. The apartment is on the second floor with no elevator FYI if you have kids, etc. and is very safe getting in and out. We loved it here.

Carlos was an amazing host! His place was in a great location and check-in and out was so easy. Everything was super clean, tidy, and the amenities were as listed. Great view of the city with the rooftop views! Definitely would recommend to anyone looking to explore Mexico City!

Very Agustí place and good location

I loved my stay with Capitalia. The apartment is beautiful, more beautiful than in the photos, everything was in perfect condition, clean and safe. The super friendly security manager. The best location, in front of many restaurants and Antara 5 minutes walk away. 100% I recommend, when back to cdmx I would love to come back to stay with Capitalia.

Great place with pool,sauna and small gym. Small downside for soundproofing but otherwise great apartment and highly responsive host.

I had a great stay at Ricardo's place in Polanco! Its location on Avenida Presidente Masaryk meant that it was extremely walkable and close to all of the main restaurants, parks, and shopping in Polanco. The daily housekeeping was a welcome surprise, and the rooftop patio and gym were great additions to the stay. Ricardo was also extremely accommodating when there was some construction noise in my original apartment and was able to move me to a quieter unit the same day.
