The cabin is 1000-square feet. It sleeps six, with one full bathroom, two bedrooms, and a queen convertible sofa in the living room.

Johnson Family Home

The Johnson Family Home was the residence of Johnnie Johnson, Whiskey Flat Mayor of 1986, and famous local bartender, Gentleman John. The house is located in Riverkern, a quite residential community three miles upriver from Kernville, and is a short walk to the river and private Bubbles Beach. The home has remained in our family since Gentleman John's passing in 2009, and has been consistently maintained and upgraded by his son, Chris, a retired Santa Barbara school teacher/artist.
