Great location and so close to the beach. Walking distance to the country club. Lovely house with great pool and lovely ocean views from the top balcony.

We enjoyed our stay at Duncan’s place, the house was clean and well equipped. Kids enjoyed the pool and fishing at the property. The visiting pelicans in the morning was a bonus too.

We had such a great stay at Jennifer’s place! It was sooo comfortable for a large group with big open spaces for everyone to be in together. Great ammenities too thank you so much!!! :)

This lakeside home is the perfect getaway for large family gatherings for all ages! The pool was AMAZING, the pool table was used constantly, the kitchen was well stocked and the 3 main bedrooms has the most incredible views. The beds were all very comfortable, and there were multiple TVs to suit everyone. The bathrooms were spacious and modern. The views were stunning across the lake, especially at sunset. our family of 13 had a very special and memorable stay. Justin's videos were very helpful and his communication was excellent.

Evelyns space was nice and quiet with spectacular views of Pittwater Bay. My family had an absolutely lovely stay. Evelyn is very helpful and quick to respond to anything guests may need. Apartment is in great location, walking distance to town and beaches.

The location is perfect for a short getaway and very suitable for little kids. The house was very clean and has great amenities for kids. Renee is also very proactive with recommendations and the likes. We had a great stay!

we stayed at Villa Nessa for a bucks weekend with 14 guys, and it was absolutely perfect. The house was immaculate, spacious, and felt more like a home than a rental. There were plenty of comfortable beds, large living areas, and a fully equipped kitchen that made group meals easy. The spa was a standout feature—hot, clean, and ideal for relaxing after a long day. The location was quiet and peaceful, yet still close to everything we needed. Although we didn’t meet Vanessa in person, she was an exceptional host. Her communication was prompt, polite, and super helpful from start to finish. She made everything smooth and stress-free, even with a large group. It’s clear she puts a lot of care into making the home welcoming and comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our mate’s upcoming wedding. Highly recommended to any group looking for a clean, relaxing, and well-managed stay. Would definitely return to Villa Nessa

We absolutely LOVED our stay here! Peaceful weekend getaway in family. The hosts are very welcoming and friendly. The place had everything we needed for our stay with extra thoughtful touches that made our stay even more special. We loved our stay! Fiona and Dean were very friendly and accommodating for our large group. The entire place was very clean and spacious, and the fresh produce Fiona and Dean left for us was so thoughtful! It's a very family-friendly place and our kids had a brilliant time. They loved collecting the fresh eggs from the chickens each day, roasting marshmallows on the fire pit at night, and playing with all the fantastic games and activities in the house and yard! It was perfect. For the adults, the house has such incredible views of the entire valley and we all loved waking up to the beautiful sunset each morning and cooking BBQs on the deck every evening. It was a very memorable weekend and we hope to come back someday!

Nikita was an amazing host. The place was everything and more. From more than enough towels, full size products to hygiene products, Nikita had thought of everything! We had a wonderful stay at Anna's place! The house was spacious for our group of 4 adults and 2 toddlers, with beautiful views of the green paddocks. We enjoyed the hot tub immensely, as well as the opportunities to watch the horse feeding and collect eggs from the chickens. A beautiful and peaceful property, and Anna was a responsive and helpful host, even dropping off some olive oil for us and some extra treats due to a small issue with the lights. We look forward to staying again!

Wonderful stay! Sarah was very responsive and helpful, easily replied quickly and was able to accomodate extra requests with a smile. Place was absolutely perfect for our young family and dogs. Fantastic backyard for kids, safe and they lovely exploring the “jungle garden” (palms 😂). Outdoor entertaining area was incredible. Clean, comfortable and modern. Had everything we needed! Would recommend for sure.

Chloe is a great host, she provided very clear instructions and was extremely responsive Her place is very bright and the sunset from her deck was beautiful. You can easily walk to surrounding beaches and take a short drive to nice places to eat. Being able to take our dog with us was a great bonus. Her place is fully fenced with plenty of apace for them and an off-leash beach area in walking distance. Loved it !

Perfect place to stay for a fall weekend. We arrived at Friday night and found everything as described. Saturday we went to one of the nice cafes and then to Bouddi National Park. In the afternoon I took a trip around the lake in one of the kayaks. That was pretty amazing. The trip was great and the place is very nice for a weekend with friends. Thanks Stephen!

We had a fantastic short stay at this house with our family. An older home that has been tastefully updated and well-considered. Not pretentious, comfortable with a focus on the breathtaking views over the Patonga township and water below. Taking cues from the adjacent bush, distant headlands and coastal views, the comprehensive interior upgrades and choices, colours and furniture are relaxed and calming, we felt at home immediately. It doesn't have a new blingy kitchen or bathroom, but it doesn't need it at all. They have been refreshed and have everything you need for cooking up a storm. The landscaping/gardens, heated pool, firepit and sauna are stunning and clearly designed by someone who knows what they are doing. Really friendly and helpful hosts We'll be back.

The house was huge! There are empty of rooms to accommodate our group of 15. Kids made good use of the table tennis table and everyone enjoyed BBQ dinner on the deck. Thanks for hosting us :)

We were Visited Sarah’s place for a weekend staycation and Loved every minute of it. The place is Big and has so much for everyone. The place is peaceful and big enough for 2-3 families with kids. All the games were great and we had so much fun. Sarah was very considerate to allow us some extra time for checkout. Would definitely recommend the place and would come back too. Thanks Sarah

We stayed at Anna’s place over the long weekend for a friends birthday and it was absolutely amazing! The house is very clean, had a great spa and lots of space. The pool table and darts were a huge hit too! Locals cafes and restaurants were within walking distance and so was the lovely walk along the lake. Anna is so lovely and responded to all of our inquiries promptly. Highly recommend staying at this gorgeous place.
