Beautiful and calm place. Apartment very clean and comfortable. Great view from balcony. Optimal location. Quite close to main highlights of the city. Also walkable distance to waterfall. Big thanks to Hoster Hovhannes, who arranged everything on very short notice.

My recent stay at the Sevan House near Sevan Lake was simply incredible. The host was amazing, the location was a bit longer drive but worth it since the lake was very clean. The host’s hospitality was outstanding, ensuring I had everything I needed. There was even a personal helper at our disposal who helped us with pretty much everything we needed - a car, eggs, he even brought alcohol. The well-maintained guest house provided a homey atmosphere with all the necessary amenities. I highly recommend this unforgettable Airbnb for a slice of heaven near Sevan Lake. A heartfelt thanks to the host for their exceptional care.

I rented this apartment for my guest to stay in when they made a recent trip to Jermuk. He was extremely satisfied. Apartment was good and clean. The hostess was very nice and always willing to help. We recommend it to other guests.

This listing was as advertised, very cozy and equipped with everything you would need. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. Two things to note: the first is that the power went out multiple times as the circuit could not accommodate running the personal heaters in the entire home along with the central air. The second is that the wooden shower in the bathroom, although very nice, has evidence of water damage that is black and contributes to a very strong odor in the restroom that was unpleasant.

Nice place to stay. Came here in autumn and the trees were that orangy yellowish color and it felt so really nice. Nice location as well.

Anna happened to have an opening on precisely the night we needed and was able to accommodate us last minute. Excellent location, perfect stay - also great for our family with young toddler since there weren’t breakable things so I could relax too!

Very nice environment right by Lake Sevan. The place is beautiful. Would be great if the staff knows English to cater to international travellers.

Abbiamo soggiornato nello chalet per una notte, godendo del panorama e della tranquillità del posto, nonché dell'ottima cena e colazione preparati per noi da Alyssa con prodotti biologici coltivati dall'azienda stessa. Il personale ci ha accolti facendoci sentire a casa, trasformando il soggiorno in un momento di condivisione e di profonda serenità. La bellezza e la quiete del paesaggio insieme alla cura e all'attenzione del personale ne fanno un posto assolutamente da non perdere. Grazie e al prossimo viaggio in Armenia!

We loved our stay, the house is truly unique - especially the location by the lake and the views. There was a lot of flies in the evening and morning, so we had to be inside, but the fireplace made it really cosy. We haven’t met Mariam, but we met her father, who was extremely friendly and welcoming. Wish we could’ve stayed longer, maybe next time!
