We had a great time staying at Eka's flat, which was very comfortable and above all in a great location from almost every viewpoint: cafes, restaurants, even for catching the bus to the airport. Eka was a responsive and helpful host. We can't wait for our next stay.

The apartment is very spacious and clean. It has a large kitchen and a bathroom with bath tub. The location is fantastic so that we can easily go anywhere on foot. The owner responses quickly so there was no worry about anything. We really enjoyed staying at the apartment as well as spending time in Tbilisi.

I can recommend Nica'a place for your stay. It is well located in a vital district and organized smart. I had no problems communicating with Nica and would come back in case it will be vacant during my next trip to Tbilisi.

The location is good, centrally located. Communication with Laven is very good. Quick and effective. The place is just what he described. He has 2 aircon/heater, one in the living room and another one in the main bedroom. Other rooms has no heater. Big balcony with view of city. During my stay, I was having a problem about the car park in the back yard. It seemed that all spaces occupied by his Neighbours. Anyway, there is public street parking in front of the apartment with 1 GEL / hour.

When you enter the apartment, you immediately feel like you've come back home. It is very cozy, warm, and comfortable. The apartment has high ceilings, creating a spacious atmosphere. The furniture and design are works of art - everything is well thought out. If you need anything, you can find it there. I must say that reality surpasses the photos. Additionally, the bedroom windows overlook a calm courtyard; we slept peacefully all night with them open. We were delighted to discover this apartment and will definitely stay again! From start to finish, Teona was a pleasure to work with. She was immediately responsive to every question, at any hour of the day or night. The house was lovely and exactly as described. We loved the en-suite bedrooms plus the extra downstairs powder room. The grandchildren enjoyed playing on the back terrace. The back kitchen was small but sweet. The perfect family getaway!

The place was absolutely lovely – it felt just like home and matched the photos and description perfectly. One small note: the elevator doesn’t reach the top floor, so there are a few stairs to climb. Just something to keep in mind, but it doesn’t take away from how great the Airbnb was. Margarita has a big heart! She asked me every single day of my stay if I was feeling comfortable. Honestly, I have rented a lot in Tbilisi before, but this house completely matched the pictures. The comfort was right there. The location is really great - everything in walking distances. I want for Margarita to have wonderful people, and I'm sure this house will be a warm match for the ones who love art - because every single corner was equipped with a piece of art. Responsiveness: From the very beginning, Irakli and Tamara were incredibly responsive. Every message we sent—whether before arrival or during our stay—was answered quickly, kindly, and helpfully. Their communication made everything smooth and stress-free. Care and Hospitality: What truly stood out was the warmth and genuine care they showed throughout our visit. They checked in to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. It felt less like staying at a rental and more like being hosted by thoughtful friends who truly care about their guests’ experience. The Place: The apartment was beautifully maintained, and had everything we could possibly need. The view was an absolute highlight—right in front of the Peace Bridge—and waking up to that iconic sight every day was magical. The interiors were cozy and well-equipped, making it perfect for both short and extended stays. Location: You can’t beat the location! Everything from historical landmarks to cafes, restaurants.

Ich hatte einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Salome! Sie war so freundlich und konnte mir sogar Waschmittel bereitstellen! Die Wohnung hat sonst alles was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt braucht, und gerade der Balkon ist ein echter Hingucker! Auch die Lage im Zentrum ist wundervoll, alles ist gut fußläufig, aber nicht zu laut, da die Wohnung im Innenhof liegt.

Super logement, en duplex, très central et très grand (nous étions sept). Literie et serviette fournies! Hôte tres flexible et disponible sur nos heures d’arrivée et de départ, merci pour tout ! Ps: un peu bruyant le soir dans certaines chambres car l’appartement donne sur une rue animée piétonne

Nous sommes restées 15 jours, et pendant ce temps, Tamar, habitant à côté, s'est toujours montrée très disponible, bienveillante et arrangeante. Le linge de lit et les couettes sont très confortables, et il y a de nombreuses couvertures supplémentaires pour les frileux. Quoi que vous n'en auriez pas besoin puisque le chauffage à gaz et le chauffage réversible air conditionné marchent très bien, tout comme le reste des équipements. Une très grande armoire avec miroir dans la chambre parentale est également appréciable. La table de cuisine est un peu juste pour une famille de 4 mais vous pouvez bien profiter du salon pour passer du temps ensemble. Il y a un bon esprit dans la maison et on s'y est très bien senti. L'emplacement est très avantageux, tout près des principales curiosités touristiques. Le rapport qualité-prix est au top. Je recommande sans réserve!

Mukava majoitus,erinomaisella sijainnilla. Kaikki isoimmat nähtävyydet lähellä. Mikheili on ystävällinen majoittaja, joka vastaa erityisen nopeasti. Asunnon ainoa "huono" puoli on, jos etsit hiljaista sijaintia, ei tämä illas aikaan tätä välttämättä ole. Läheisen ravintolan musiikki kuuluu asuuntoon ja paljon autoja ajaa ohi. Meitä tämä ei haitannut. Tulisimme ehdottomasti uudelleen.

Thank you Michael we loved staying at your place and would happily stay again. It's a great space for families with children and the balcony is safe and spacious too. The building is in a quiet spot and the location makes it easy to access all the fun of Tbilisi. We really appreciated the local advice and Michael was especially helpful with all our questions. Giorgi's place was awesome! Super clean and had everything we needed. Giorgi himself was amazing—he lives next door and was always quick to help with anything. He even went out of his way to help my parents, who don’t speak English, with their checkout and getting to the airport. Such a thoughtful host! Would definitely stay here again.

Vi havde en fantastisk uge i Madlens hus. Særligt poolen og udearealet var dejligt.

お家はとても広々としていて、清潔、写真通りです。オーナーは、何かあった時はすぐに対応してくれました。玄関は、外側の門、建物の入り口、家の入り口など、セキュリティもしっかりしていて安心して過ごせます。 寒くなってきましたが、部屋の温度も調整してくれました！ トビリシに住む時はまた利用したいです！

가격대비 너무 좋았습니다. 사진보다 더 좋네요!!! 야경도 너무 멋지구요. 다만 수영장 헬스장은 추가 요금을 내야하는데 각 60라리로 좀 비쌉니다.

Хорошие апартаменты, но немного под уставшие. Панорамные окна, красивый вид с балкона, столик на балконе) с удовольствием там завтракала и ужинала) достаточно тихий район. Соседи не беспокоили. Спокойно можно дойти до центра пешком или доехать на автобусе. Все необходимые вещи для проживания есть. Единственное просила стиральный порошок, хозяин без проблем предоставил. Рекомендую.

в целом, пребывание в этом доме прошло хорошо, забронировали на 5 ночей и расположение было идеальным. хотелось бы порекомендовать хозяину поставить держатель для личной гигиены в душе. всем добра!
