Welcome to a cozy family cabin of 123 sqm with a very attractive location high up on the south side of Trysilfjellets. - ski in/out - 4 sleep - Jacuzzi - sauna - amazing views! From autumn 2025, the sauna will be renovated into an extra bathroom/toilet. The cabin is tastefully furnished with modern color scheme and exposed timber walls. Fireplace in both the kitchen/living room and in the fireplace room. Lovely view east towards Sweden, and to Trysil city center and Trysil river. Perfect cottage for two families or a group of friends.

Skansen cabin field sits right at the top of Trysil Mountain. Trysil has all the attractions you can think of. In summer, mountain hiking and biking in terrain, mountains, and trails are the focus. In winter it is ski in/out to Norway's largest and best alpine skiing, as well as ski slopes right outside the door. Bike elorado in summer with the bike lift, Magic Moose and the mountain run 100 m away. Ski lodge mountain restaurant is located 150m from the cabin. The perfect setting for cozy cabin living and easy access to Norway's most visited ski area, Trysil. Snow guarantee and a total of 66 slopes stretching over 78 km. Ski terrain for the whole family. The cabin has been renovated in the fall of 2024 and can accommodate 8 guests.
