Played to adult over 30 years old. We bring a cat occasionally, so this must be taken into account for allergies. Ski-in / ski-out! The nearest elevator from the apartment is about 100m below. The apartment is the pedestal floor of a horizontal part cabin. Here is a practical layout that makes room for several families Kitchen with open resolution to the living room. The room appears as the very heart of the apartment with a adhesive stone oven providing extra warmth and coziness. There is also a social fire pit established.

Sleeps 4 Sports booth, fire pans, and field terrace. (Note: apartment building opposite the apartment. Can cause noise as well as 50-100 m longer to go to the alpiløya.)

The landlord is not on site and the apartment must be cleaned after use. Guests must bring their own bed linen and towels. No smoking, tenant must be over 25 years of age.
