Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Tryon

Everything was just like the picture, there was enough towels, plates & cooking ware. The hot tub was so nice during the cold nights. It was a very private location but not too far from the city.

Wonderful place to stay. The hosts were very communicative and the house was absolutely gorgeous. We would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend it.

We were so thrilled with this find. Shane's place is quiet, private, and is such a quick hop to downtown. The decor and cleanliness were both impressive and we will gladly recommend this to friends and family each time they visit. Thank you Shane, what a great spot!

This was our 4th stay. As usual, very clean. The bed in master bedroom is very comfortable. We had visits from the small herd of deer. Lots of birds. Very tranquil but yet we were 10 minutes from downtown Hendersonville and about minutes to Asheville. So convenient to dining and shopping. Great sunsets even with some rainy days. We almost lived on the front deck. A perfect location with many small towns and amazing outdoor activities close by. We will return, hopefully sooner than later. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Perfect couple getaway private peaceful place with perfect views. My husbands favorite amenity is the double shower :) kitchen was equipped for home cooking and the hot spring tub was so relaxing. Explored Asheville downtown. Visited waterfalls north to south and local brewery 8min away. The airport was also just 15min drive. Host was very helpful and communicated very efficiently. We will miss waking up to this place for sure. Thank you for having us Adria.

We stay at a lot of AirB&B’s in the area and this is one of my favorites! We loved the big front porch, sitting in the rockers and enjoying the beautiful weather and scenery with our dogs. The inside is very cute and cozy, indoor hammocks were so cool!! It wasn’t cold enough for a fire, but the stone fireplace was very nice. The shower was super strong and hot!! Our favorite part was the trails right by the house. Our dogs enjoyed running around and walking in the woods. The house is very close to DuPont, so it was perfect for our mt biking trip.

We enjoyed our weekend stay! House is so cozy. Everything you need. Our daughter forgot her toothbrush, we were so happy to find one in the bathroom. The cookies were the best we have had in a long time. So close to downtown. Brewery and donut shop within five minutes( those are always a stop for us). Would book again!

Me and my friend visited for my birthday and this listing was perfect! The bed was amazing, the space was very nice and clean, and the location was perfect for our activities! Very quiet and comfortable :) My only regret was not coming while the garden was in bloom! Will definitely be back to stay again and see it in it’s full glory though.

Melodie's place is a slice of heaven if you're looking for a peaceful hobby farm retreat. Around every corner were new discoveries whether the beauty of the landscape or the animals in their various living spaces around the property (horses, cows, chickens, couple friendly cats, and sweet welcoming dog Shelby). If you have time for a walk to the woods you'll be treated to a bubbling brook w a bench beside it for some contemplative time, not to mention flowers to gaze at all along way. We hadn't really been aware of the sauna (maybe it's in the listing and we missed it) but it's an incredible treat if you can find time one evening to check it out. There's even more than the exterior beauty and sauna treat, but I'll let you discover some surprises on your own. Ideally, you'll spend several days so you can take it all in. Melodie's family incl husband + kids were so nice + made us feel at home. Our stay was A+++ and we hope to return. Worth driving a little farther for this GEM.

Our stay at Hiker’s Hideawqy was perfect. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed for coffee in the morning, meal prep, and tea in the evening. It’s a great location too. I’m sure we will be back!

Kelsey's apartment was immaculate and nicely decorated. It was super convenient to get to downtown Asheville and the surrounding areas, while being tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Kelsey was very friendly and included clear instructions on how to arrive at the property and checked in with us to make sure everything was going well with our stay. Definitely would use this spot again for our Asheville visits!

If you typically avoid choosing rentals that are adjacent to the owners, let me assure you that this one is different! We felt so at home, welcomed and relaxed the entire time. Duane and his wife introduced themselves when we pulled in because they were outside doing yard work. They left us a personalized welcome card in the house, offered us pastries one evening that they had baked, and even showed interest in recent race results that my husband ran while we were there. It’s a 12 minute drive to Davidson Campground and the Pisgah visitor’s center and about 15 or so to downtown Brevard. We had total privacy in the hot tub and an amazing sunset view. The appliances are new and work great, and the beds were super comfy! It was a perfect getaway for my husband and I and we are hoping to come back again next year. Thanks Duane and family! 🩷

We had a fabulous girls trip at this property in North Asheville. Woodfin is a great location and had walkable restaurants nearby. It’s only a 15 minute drive to downtown Asheville. 16 minutes to the Biltmore House. The property itself was amazing. We had six ladies on the trip and we all felt that there was more than enough space in this home. Plenty of bathrooms. Nice open concept kitchen and living room. The gas fireplace was an awesome perk. Hot tub was very enjoyable in the cool December night. And the wine fridge upstairs near hot tub was a delight. Highly recommend this property as well as the other YONDER properties. I would definitely use this property again when I return to Asheville.

We had such a great stay! We brought our two dogs and there was so much room and space for all of us.

Highly recommend this place! We rented it for a bridal/bachelorette party weekend for five women, and it was marvelous! Early instructions about check in were informative. We lived in the hot tub. When there was an issue on Friday evening, we contacted the host who responded within the hour. Kitchen worked great for our personal French cooking lesson. We had a blast playing pool downstairs. And oh how the beds were comfortable, with great sheets to boot! Great views out the living room and kitchen to enjoy your morning coffee. What a great place!

I had an amazing stay at Casey’s place! The home was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—peaceful and scenic, with beautiful views of Lake Lure. The bed was super comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful decor and extra amenities. Casey was a fantastic host—quick to respond, friendly, and made check-in a breeze. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great stay in Lake Lure!

Wendy waited for us for check in at night and was always available when we needed something. The place was better than the pictures. Beautifull views and really clean. golf cart was fun and games room in clubhouse kept us entertained in rainy days. beautiful community and people

We celebrated our family Christmas together - the house included all we could need for cooking and even had holiday dinnerware…it was spacious and the separate lower level quarters was perfect for my son and his family for when the kids needed to be in bed earlier or for my DIL who at times needed to get away from all of us for solitude. The big open kitchen on the main level was great and the dining table fit all of us for sit down dinners and for playing games in the evenings. We loved that we didn’t have to worry about purchasing spices, oils, paper products - all was there for us to use. The view of the lake was serene. The house was also decorated with outdoor lights for the holiday and even had a Christmas tree on the back screened in Deck. Hoping to make this our annual get together with my kids who all live in different states. In other words, we will definitely rent this house again. Wonderful and easy communication as well!
