Conveniently is 2.2 miles from Downtown Truckee (1.8-mile paved trail). NorthStar Ski Resort is 15 mins (8.4 miles) and Palisades Tahoe (Squaw Valley Ski Resort) is 19 mins away (13.9 miles). Trails for snowshoeing, cross country, sledding, biking, and hiking. Donner Lake is a 9 min drive and Lake Tahoe is 19 mins away. Air Purifier on at all times.

This house was perfect. It was beautifully decorated, extremely clean, and had everything we needed. The coffee bar and nespresso machine were great! Everything in the house worked well and there were many small details that helped make our stay more comfortable. There was also a beautiful view of downtown and the outdoor space was such a nice bonus. Our family of 5 had plenty of space. We will definitely stay here again if we go to Reno!

Brandon and Lisa were great hosts, they were prompt in responding to our queries. They have a beautiful cozy place, and we were in love with it especially with a lot of snow covered surroundings. The place was easy to find, had a dedicated parking spot, was clean and tidy. The view from bedroom was great, waking up to snow filled surroundings. Overall an easy recommendation!

This home is perfection. Super clean, lots of natural light, nice Kitchen to prepare meals, and no fuss check-in/out. A colleague and I stayed here for work and it the bedrooms/baths were nicely divided between the floors allowing privacy for both of us. We will definitely stay here again on future trips.

Jennifer’s place was perfect for our needs. We combined a family visit with exploring the Reno-Tahoe area. The accommodations were clean, well stocked and comfortable. The extras that Jennifer provided included a bowl of snacks, Keurig cups and shampoo and conditioner. The building security and instructions made the visit seamless. I highly recommend the location as it is walkable to everything! Don’t miss a drive to Lake Tahoe if you come to Reno!

I really loved staying here! The bed was so comfortable and the room was nice and quiet — perfect for relaxing after a long day. The design and decor are warm and beautiful; it feels luxurious but still cozy, just like being at home. The bathroom was spotless and really lovely, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook and hang out. Frank was super responsive and helpful, even recommending some awesome local spots that only locals know about, which made our trip extra special. It’s a wonderful place for a family trip — I’d happily stay here again!
